In this modern scenario health and safety considered as the most essential element of
society. Each individual is concern about their own safety and security in order to living a
comfortable and easy life style. Some organisations are set up for providing benefits and
satisfaction to their stakeholders who are involved in business and their basic purpose is to
providing high quality services and products to people rather than earning high amount of profit.
Health and safety within a health care sector is very much essential as to ensure about safety of
their staff members or other people that they are safe and not get hurt by any thing or object. The
present report is based on different case studies scenarios in which various issues are discussed
in detailed manner (Alexander, Kruszewski and Webster, 2012). The first case study is based on
Mr John who has been employed as a care home manager in Newham London. The second case
study is based on Mr Sam who severe from Apraxia in the age of 42. he has been categorised as
a suffering from major diseases Mania, under the Mental Capacity Act 2005. In this report
various rules, legislations and risks will also be discussed in detail manner.
