Code of practice are documents that are prepared by Western Australian occupational
safety and health law, its provide organistaion with general duty and practical guidance, so that

what would happen if this equipment are not made available. I told him it will increase the risk
on the health and safety of the patient. The potential of accident will increase for instance any
mishaps can be occurred while transferring the person from one place to another. I also told him
it is creating mental pressure on the patients leading to dissatisfaction.

which is causing major risk on the health of the worker.
