While implementing health and safety systems for example bed monitors the situation of dilemma arises as the patient might feel his privacy is being invaded and may refuse to accept the use of the
monitor. To overcome the dilemma in this situation the employee needs to explain the importance and the benefits of the monitor and try to convince the patient that’s for his/her safety. Another
dilemma that may arise in the health and social care setting is the use of hoist for bariatrics patients, they might feel afraid of the hoist, as they are extremely overweight, there might be a concern if
