very important to provide safe working environment to employees and to

There is a lot of difference in treating the general people in hospital and
providing the medical services to children. As children health care services need much
more concentrated treatment as compared to any other age group because they quickly
get attacked by the serious infectious diseases. So being a director of Winchester and
Eastleigh NHS Trust, one need to implement various health and safety measures for
the children ward in hospital. As the children are generally viewed healthy as
compared to adult standards various there has been a great progress in the diseases and
death of the children. Being a director of Winchestor and Eastleigh NHS Trust, I
need to work on reinforcing a separate department for the children of all age
group which is required to be properly maintained and also dust free
environment need to be entertained. As the children health care is very delicate
and sensitive thing so they need to be properly cared in a proper observation.
Priorities in the service area that supports the health and safety for the children are as
follows:
Floors should be properly cleaned and nurses need to be appointed for the
particular children in order to provide the better health and safety services.
As many chemicals are used in the health care centers so these chemicals need
to be kept out of the reach of children.
Children should be treated in Winchestor and Eastleigh NHS Trust with
the application of the expertise doctors in the same field. First and the
foremost health and safety priority of the hospital ensures the proper
treatment of the children using the personal protective equipment.
For the safe disposal of the chemical, it is the priority of the employers
to eliminate the hazardous chemicals out of the nursery department in
hospital.
