The concept of the Health Safety and Wellbeing at workplace tend to related with the
overall workplace Wellbeing that relates and comprise of the all aspects of working life, from the

practises in UK workplace. It has been seen and observed that during the time of Covid-19
pandemic a negative impact is being seen on the employee attendance and health level. Thus,
current report is based on workplace of Ada stores ltd that is a well know British supermarket
chain having its headquarter on Leeds, England. The current report comprises of a discussion
about the business and morale reasons for having health, safety and wellbeing strategies along
with discussion about key legislation and recommendation.

motivation and concern about the health and safety of emolyess is being faced by many
organisations like Asda that leads to decrease in the attendance level and employees wellbeing
(Halcomb and et. al., 2021). Thus, NHS has roll out national vaccination and also taken many
vital steps to protect and ensure wellbeing of employees. Thus, an encouragement in organisation
is needed towards leading and supporting the health and wellbeing of its employees to have
resilient and productive workforce.
