Danila Dilba Health Service is one of the non-government Australian organizations
that provide the primary health care to the Aboriginal Biluru people of Yilli Rreung, a remote
region in the northern territory. The organization provides all kind of health service to the
Aboriginal people of the said region (Daniladilbaexperience.org.au., 2017).
Service Models of the Organization:
The prime and basic goal of the organization is to provide the basic and requires
health service to the Aboriginal people of Yilli Rreung. Apart from providing the basic health
service to the organization, Danila Dilba also works for the upliftment of the mental, cultural,
spiritual and the social welfare of the community people through various empowerment and
learning program. The service model of the organization includes community development,
counseling of the individual community people as well as the family, casework, educational
group work statutory roles and the service delivery of the policy initiatives.
Strength and Limitation of the Organization:
The strength of the organization is its resources and the objectives. The resources of
the organization is the trust of the Aboriginal people on the organization. Danila Dilba assists
more than seven thousand individual client every year and ensure the betterment of their
