health when they get their resettlement and job. This can help them highly in getting better

allow to live in the society with respect because whatever they have made offences they have
completed their punishment (White, 2019). They have the right to get job and live life with

previous quality of lifestyle after leaving the prison which is due to getting some perception that
such type of criminal can be harmful for their customer or society which create a huge impact on
delivering of opportunity to live again their life effectively. There is also perception that people
with criminal history can again attempt crime which is highly effective while helping them for
resettlement and living better quality of live by providing them the job. Such type of issue
creates anxiety and depression which is highly effective and lead to create issue in maintain
better health (Brand and Ekkekakis, 2018).
Psychological theory is the one which can help to understand the human thoughts,
behaviour and emotions. This theory is highly applicable in providing the information about
prediction related with future behaviour of individual. Society have the psychology that they
thought when any person commit crime then there is chances that they may also commit crime
again without hesitation. With the help of this theory it is essential to understand the behaviour
of individual that can help to understand their attitude and predict about the future behaviour of
the individual. This theory also help to understand the mind and behaviour of the individual
which can help in development. There is behavioural theory which provide the information about
the learning processes of behaviour which is observable and measurable behaviour (Køster,
2017).

the perception that people with criminal history can be the risk for their customer when there is
any type of situation which might be not tolerated by the individual that can lead to create impact
on those people and make some offence against their customer which will not good for their
customers and their business. This type of learning form attitude make difficulty to get job
opportunity at any place for the people with criminal history. There is high impact of family,
peers, friends and social people which can create the impact in the behaviour of individual which
is related with making change in attitude and behaviour of the individual which can lead to create
change in the pattern of thinking and to react according to the situation. This is the one which
can lead to increase the chances of getting negative behaviour and lead to attempt any type of
crime and to get react to any situation or for any specific category of people which is here people
with criminal offences (Gond, 2017).
Evaluation of theory
Psychological theory is able to provide the information and prediction about the
behaviour of the individual by learning and studying their behaviour which can help to predict
the future behaviour of the individual and can help to get ready for such type of condition. This
theory can highly helpful to allow everyone to get settle opportunity and getting job that can help
to reduce the chances of getting mental disorder or depression. This theory also allow to
understand the individual and can help other to understand the behaviour of people and predict
future behaviour. This can help and allow to help and allow people to offer job who have
completed their punishment and wants to start new life. This theory also helps individual to
understand others behaviour. This can help to reduce the anxiety and depression by allowing
them to live in society.
When employer is able to use the psychological theory then it may allow people with
required talent to work on their organisation even with their criminal history. Due to applying
this theory allows them to get job and making them trust by monitor the behaviour of that
individual. This can help to reduce the anxiety and chances of depression within them and help
in getting better mental health (Kornadt and et. al., 2020).
Social learning theory also allows to understand the human behaviour which can help to
provide better understanding for people behaviour. This is associated with the understanding
behaviour which can be learn by the family, peers or friends. In this their people learn new
behaviour which is related with learning new attitude towards any things. This can impact

learning behaviour which can impact the change in behaviour and can help the society to change
the attitude towards the people who have completed their punishment of their offence. This
theory can chance of success because this theory have no more impact on the changing of
behaviour of person towards people with criminal history. Psychological theory is highly
applicable to make effort towards the behaviour of the people which is related with changing
attitude and behaviour towards the people and allow them to live normal life to the people with
criminal history. Psychological theory is highly impactful for understanding human behaviour
for future prediction which allows them to hire and provide job and give opportunity to live
better and quality lifestyle (Bakari and et. al., 2017).
RECOMMENDATION
There are some of the achievable, specific and measurable actions which are
recommended for addressing health issues. Government should implement some of the policy
which can help to reduce the chances of getting problem in resettlement and job which can help
to reduce the anxiety and depression within people and help to reduce the chances of getting
social exclusion form the society and motivate and influence society to allow them live their
normal life again or provide them second chance. Policy can help to resettle people with criminal
history to spend their life again effectively. This can help to cope with society and avoid any
