4.1 Effectiveness of personal contributions
in health and care services
The major personal contribution include preparation of personal
developmental plan, which has led to create my short, medium as
well as long term objectives to be achieved within a particular
period of time.
Developing team spirit and working as a team with my co workers
and developing a coordination with them.
This has enables me to generate more effective ways of resolving
any conflict that may arise between me and my team members or
among other members of my team, in most effective way.

on work with others
Personal limitations refers to the tasks or jobs which can' t be
performed by an individuals or the tasks in which an individual is
inefficient to produce desirable results.
The biggest limitation that I have realised is that, I am not able to
handle the emergency situations that has arise many a times,
especially, when a dementia patient gets out of the control.

tool which can be used to build team
spirit as well as work in a team.
This healthy relation with other
members of team would generate team
spirit, thus, ensuring appropriate
operational activities in the context of
