INTRODUCTION
Teaching is defined as procedure of attending individual needs, feelings, expectations and
experiences to help students to learn new things. The study will explain aims, and philosophical
issues related to education and training. It will also define the goal, structure and learning
programmes related to own specialist area. The report will justify how approach to planning for
delivery learning programme, inclusiveness of similar concept in specialist area. Furthermore, it
will also clarify how own approach to planning and preparation of a learning program take
account of key curriculum problems, and also analyse the ways in which teaching, and learning
assets meet individual need of students. The assessment will explain the inclusiveness of own
use of teaching and learning resources and liaise with others within a specialist area to develop
own practice and review effectiveness of own knowledge and skills.

My specialist area is health and social care, which encompasses different activities and
practices. The aim of training and education in this area is to develop understanding related to
good health and care services, for which I am accountable to provide. Training is the best source
that keep individual person productive and excellent performer (De Nadai and et.al., 2021). The
goal of education in the similar field is to effectively promote, manage and improve individual as
well as community health, effectively and successfully. I keep my self up to date with new
requirements, knowledge and other needs, in term of adopting and using advanced technologies
like digital platform where basic and important information related to specialist area is gathered.
Learner development, differences, environment, content knowledge, planning for instruction are
those professional or vocational standard that help to become a teacher.
Education and training in the field of health and social care, may provide a lot of benefits
to individuals, in form of eliminating mortality and morbidity, which enable a candidate to
prevent health issue. With the help of these two elements a person may appropriately collect
information and generate awareness among themselves related to functional and operational
activities related to chosen specialist area. It is important for individual person to do so,
systematically and engage themselves into that. To become a teacher of health and social care
level 3 qualification is required. I need training in a academic institute of health and social care
to be a teacher in similar field or chosen specialist area.

Training and education resources are ineffective, which may lead to create philosophical
issue in the work area, related to health and social care. Without having and using each training
related resource, I am able to obtain the benefit of these two elements that play significant role in
my career growth and success further, even better than the others, who are taking initiative to
become a health or social care provider. Another philosophical issue that associated with training
and education, is lack of professionals or trainers, who may have number of skills and
competencies that they may utilize to train and educate others. It helps to reach desire outcomes
and also support to develop further aims and objectives. E-learning is the best way of teaching
along with traditional practice in the context of health and social care.

The aim of essential qualification in current specialist area is to offer wide range of health
and social care services to individuals, who seek to obtain the best service that help to improve
the quality of their lives. When a person may have appropriate qualification in selected specialist
area, they may act toward health issue, positively, which is quite essential for them to do that,
systematically and effectively (Pierse and et.al., 2022). In the recent time, number of health
related cases are emerging, which may put direct impact on health & social care standard. It is
possible for individual person to overcome this form of impact in form of having, developing and
using skills, which they may develop in term of getting better qualification.
The structure of significant qualification in health & social care area encompasses
different terms that enhance performance and productivity level of health care providers. ATHE
level 3 diploma, in current specialist area is considered as 60-credit qualification and equivalent
extent to access to HR education (Health and Social Care Diplomas, 2022). The main motive of
designing this course or diploma is to enable learners to progress in current area, rapidly and in
productive manner. There are different types of diplomas accessible in the world, that a person
may select according to their interest. BTEC, QCF, and other terms are included in category of
diplomas that a person study and take to grow and succeed in a specialist area such as health &
social care, where they may treat patients and needy people respectfully, which is quite essential
for them to do that systematically.

There are different types of learning programmes available in the world, that a tutor or
educator may utilize in the context of particular area of development. In case of health and social

care, the main of each learning programme is to develop effectiveness, efficiency, skills and
knowledge among individuals, who want to become a health & social care providers. It can be
said that the aim of learning system as concise description of each aim and objective of an
element of knowledge (Sheikh and et.al., 2021). Another term that include in aim of learning
programme is to provide learners with a greater range of health and social care history, which
drive their attention toward conducting practice related to specialist area appropriately, that put
direct impact on other healths. Medicare, Medicaid, DOC TRICARE, PHD Public health, and

methods and learning materials is helpful for right target group in health education programme of
learning. The effective use of technology helps to convey the effective message to communities
and individual. This is relevant with chance of bringing about health related behavioural change.
The curriculum sets out what learner is eligible for learning without any experience at the same
time or same locations. The role of effective and emerging technology makes it possible for
being more flexible where teaching and learning takes place. In my own approach of planing and
learning it would be helpful and makes easier for curriculum issues to be build on interest and
abilities (Hensel, Reiling and Cifrino, 2021). The programme may be enhanced by involving
other individual and group in learning process. According to learning aspect it could be
beneficial from various types of teaching and different types of interactions. The use of internet
sources and technologies makes it possible for being more flexible about teaching and make it
easer for curriculum issues and increases the learning ability and interest. By using the digital
technology will be appropriate with learning in virtual classrooms and other technology tools can
be used for effective teaching and learning terms. In similar manner, it would build

comprehensive learning environment that fosters collaboration and enables to collect the data for
the performance.
By using the effective sources of technology such as Kahoot it helped to provide
improved dynamic at classroom as well as created safes and positive learning environment for
students by reducing the curriculum issues. I used this application and get the increased
attendance of students and their participations in study as well. They also get motivated by
performing task and interacting with each other.
Assessment techniques
I developed the quiz for teaching for the lesson to overview how everyone performs. In
this teaching criteria, by using the application it made easier to identify the critical thinking,
discussions and tailoring the other terms in similar ways. New emerging technological tools are
essential for modern teaching and ease in providing the learning outcomes to students (Hartono,
Suparto and Hassan, 2021). For all the students it is essential to understand the concepts and
innovate ideas and as a teacher it is crucial to look further for their performance as well.
Microsoft is also used for teaching which enable to mange the conversation with teacher and
build the vibrant learning environment. By using this technological model it developed the
classrooms and connectivity with professional learning communities was form of different
experience in teaching.

According to the first stage of teaching cycle, it is important for tutor to determine the
need of student which enable to provide better education.

After determining their needs, it is also essential for them to make plan and design
learning programme accordingly.

It is one of those methods, that tutor utilizes to teach students and also to provide them

I make my lesson plan by considering factors and adding those resources that make it
effective like technologies, current lessons, and other things.

Utilization of visual presentation and video clips are the best approach that I had taken
into my consideration and conduct in practical manner, which is quite beneficial for learners and
me as well. It can be analysed that my initiative or approach is inclusive because it enables a
learner to develop appropriate understanding related to health and social care area, regarding
which they are tending to collect useful and essential information. Recently, visual presentation
plays significant role in the context of training and learning programme, in form of providing
appropriate knowledge related to a subject, in which students take too much interest, and take
further action accordingly. It can be said that the inclusiveness of approach to planning and
preparation of learning system is depended on usage and accessibility of resources as well as
knowledge that a trainer or tutor may have, which may enable them train learners and develop
better comprehending among them, related to current specialist area.
The process of planning and preparation of learning system or program is quite
challenging and complex too, regarding which an effective approach is needed, that in turn lead
to increase individuals performance and productiveness. The nature of specific tasks, and
activities related to that may enable a person to be more creative and that is the aim of learning
programme, which may provide individuals chance to make appropriate discussion based on
health and social care. It is important for the to make things clear and discussion is the best way

to do that. It may give them chance to reach desire outcomes and obtain the same, which benefits
learners may gain and take pleasure of the same for longer time.
As a teacher I would use both these new technologies which can help for learning and
teaching resources in health and social area. With this perspective, the mobile devices helps to
improve the interactions between the teachers and learners. Mobile device is most useful for the
medical students as well as social workers (Dziuban and et.al., 2018). With the help of this
device it can easily accessible for the students. So that they can reach anywhere on time rather
they have an emergency, or they have an important meeting.
There are many new technologies but these two are essential for both health and social
areas. New technologies are helpful and improve the efficiency for the medical students and
social workers. The students can ask some questions with the help of this device, or they have
any doubt regarding their knowledge and practice they can ask through. With the help of this the
time management also be proper for them.
The teaching and learning process is very important for the students to improve their
skills. For example, virtual learning environment, this helps to fix up the tools which are use in
the learning and teaching (Ferri, Grifoni and Guzzo, 2020). This has web bases platform which
helps for the study materials, interactions with teachers and about the course. The virtual learning
environment is not designed for the specific course, it helps to learn many courses. The learners
can make a contact with the teacher without having a face to face interactions. The mobile
devices are also helpful for the medical students as well as the social workers (Pei and Wu,
2019). As a teacher I used these devices to make the lists of patients, to make sure the
appointments are confirmed, the next treatments dates which are assigned to the medical
students. Digital games also helps teachers for learning and teaching resources. As a teacher I
also come up with this new technology which helps in learning and teaching. This helps medical
students with some training games for learners to practice and learning in this profession.

The teaching and learning resources helps to meet the learners need which is helped by
new and emerging technology. Because of new technologies, skills is available rapidly, in this
generation everyone prefers new digital media (Chakraborty and et.al., 2021). The health and
social learners uses this new technologies for the effective transformation into cooperative way

and individualized way. There are two new emerging technology which helps to complete the
need of learners.
1. Mobile devices- With the help of mobile devices, it is routinely used by the learners for
asking some questions which is related to the medical sciences, managing the patient
details and discussions about the next treatment dates assign for the particular medical
staff. The mobile devices help social areas as well, because this new technology helps
NGO's.
2. Microsoft- Microsoft supporting Health and social area which is specified by the
designing, privacy and securities this helps in medical profession and as well as NGO's.
With the help of Microsoft teams it helps to gather over the four hundred people online to
sharing and collecting information.
3. Websites- in the recent time, there are different types of websites available in the field of
teaching, where a lot of information related to health and social care accessible which
individual candidate may utilize to achieve target aims and objectives.
4. Online project and collaboration tools- by using online project and other tools,
individual person may obtain desire outcomes in term of gaining knowledge and teaching
the same in appropriate manner.
5. Presentation software- in some cases for teaching purpose of the current form of
technology is utilized which enable students to understand subject by using presentation.
They may also prepare notes by conducting the same practice appropriately and
systematically.

It is a basic description of a set of period within a learning area, and include what
students are expected to learn. It is also considered as a lesson plan that includes aim, objective

Liaising with others in forms better relations with individuals and develops the practice. I
am providing the training by making use of social network media and participating through
conduction of meetings as well. It develops the truly shared vision and goals and in my level of
ownership it is influences the actual time spend in collaborative work. By engaging in the
collaborative activities provide the opportunities for learners to work together and enhance the
learning outcomes for boosting confidence and self-esteem and thinking skills as well. It is
important for maintain the positive behaviour with others for higher level of self awareness. The
behaviour impact and reflect on values and beliefs as such these are personal standards which is
developed from personal experiences and sharing of ideas with others. Belief introduces the
change aspects such as being open to ideas which are being shared with one another and there
are many viewpoints as well. I observed that with learning and developing own practice it
clarifies the areas of misunderstanding (Gregory, Chambers and McCrum, 2021). In my areas of
health and social care cooperation between nurses, physicians and health care professional
enhance the awareness and type of knowledge as well as skill which would lead towards
improvement in decision-making. Thus, being involved in moderation includes the development
