INTRODUCTION
Teaching is defined as procedure of attending individual needs, feelings, expectations and
experiences to help students to learn new things. The study will explain aims, and philosophical
issues related to education and training. It will also define the goal, structure and learning
programmes related to own specialist area. The report will justify how approach to planning for
delivery learning programme, inclusiveness of similar concept in specialist area. Furthermore, it
will also clarify how own approach to planning and preparation of a learning program take
account of key curriculum problems, and also analyse the ways in which teaching, and learning
assets meet individual need of students. The assessment will explain the inclusiveness of own
use of teaching and learning resources and liaise with others within a specialist area to develop
own practice and review effectiveness of own knowledge and skills.
1.1- Explaining key aims of education and training in own specialist area.
My specialist area is health and social care, which encompasses different activities and
practices. The aim of training and education in this area is to develop understanding related to
good health and care services, for which I am accountable to provide. Training is the best source
that keep individual person productive and excellent performer (De Nadai and et.al., 2021). The
goal of education in the similar field is to effectively promote, manage and improve individual as
well as community health, effectively and successfully. I keep my self up to date with new
requirements, knowledge and other needs, in term of adopting and using advanced technologies
like digital platform where basic and important information related to specialist area is gathered.
Learner development, differences, environment, content knowledge, planning for instruction are
those professional or vocational standard that help to become a teacher.
Education and training in the field of health and social care, may provide a lot of benefits
to individuals, in form of eliminating mortality and morbidity, which enable a candidate to
prevent health issue. With the help of these two elements a person may appropriately collect
information and generate awareness among themselves related to functional and operational
activities related to chosen specialist area. It is important for individual person to do so,
systematically and engage themselves into that. To become a teacher of health and social care
level 3 qualification is required. I need training in a academic institute of health and social care
to be a teacher in similar field or chosen specialist area.

and social care services to individuals, who seek to obtain the best service that help to improve
the quality of their lives. When a person may have appropriate qualification in selected specialist
area, they may act toward health issue, positively, which is quite essential for them to do that,
systematically and effectively (Pierse and et.al., 2022). In the recent time, number of health

attendance of students and their participations in study as well. They also get motivated by

preparation of learning system is depended on usage and accessibility of resources as well as
knowledge that a trainer or tutor may have, which may enable them train learners and develop
better comprehending among them, related to current specialist area.

device it can easily accessible for the students. So that they can reach anywhere on time rather
they have an emergency, or they have an important meeting.

devices are also helpful for the medical students as well as the social workers (Pei and Wu,
2019). As a teacher I used these devices to make the lists of patients, to make sure the
appointments are confirmed, the next treatments dates which are assigned to the medical
students. Digital games also helps teachers for learning and teaching resources. As a teacher I
also come up with this new technology which helps in learning and teaching. This helps medical
students with some training games for learners to practice and learning in this profession.
