be used in order to monitor the development plan. It will also highlight the effectiveness of
development plan. The professional relationship and its importance has also been discussed in an
essay. A personal effectiveness in individual right as well as the ways by which professional

Importance of plan was better understand after monitoring the performance with the help
of the tutor, colleague and the feedback which was received from senior management of NHS.
After monitoring the performance, I observed that I was able to adopt the leadership skill very
easily as now I find it easy to communicate with other team-members or organization and I am
also able to influence the work of them in such a way that the work get more effective toward
achieving an organizational goal. As I also analysed that I develop leadership skills and this is
monitored with the help of feedback from senior management in the organization.
As I am now able to understand the process and people who are working in an
organization comfortably it eventually help me in getting more innovative idea with the help of

senior management in an organization as I started taking part in the workplace working more
curiously and with more concentration which has helped me in evolving my critical thinking on
