INTRODUCTION
Law is considered one of the most important type of regulation that govern the operation
of the social care practitioners. This reports shows the legal framework within which the health
care operates and also shows the key legislation that supports the services provided by the health
and the social care providers.

Law and regulation are a very integral part that governs the operation of health and social
care practitioners in the care services. It is very important that there is proper formulation if law
and regulation so that practitioners can abide by these laws and inculcate ethical practices that
will help in development and wellbeing of the users (Bazac, 2018). With the implementation of
laws and regulations it helps in creating and recognising the rights of the practitioners. Also, it
helps in imposing penalties and obligation that govern the practices of the individuals. These
legal frameworks help in providing quality services to the users by the health and social care
practitioners. There are various act and laws that have been developed for guiding the operation
of the health and social care workers. These legal frameworks help in providing safety and
security to the users and aims towards welfare of the patients and the users with effective
operations of the health and social care practitioners.
Presenting the Key Legislation and organizational policy for health care
Rule and regulation play important role in the health care services. The rules of England
are compromise of two elements such as quality and safety are offered to the health care
practitioner. The care quality commission are responsible for monitoring the laws for

Describing the law related to ethical practice in health care
Ethics plays very important role in health care services as it guides and individual to
work appropriately and honestly. Moreover, the healthcare services are governed by set of rules
and regulation as well as ethical standard (Neal., 2020). Along with this it set out the
responsibility of healthcare profession. There is difference between laws and ethics as rules are
set out by the government Whereas, ethics do not have any legal biased. The Ethics that a
health care practitioner has to follow is confidentially of the patient.
Moreover, the patient medical information cannot be disclose by the social care and
actioner. This ethics helps in building string relation with them. Another, value is informed
consent that means providing the detail of the risk associated with the medical condition to the
patient (Saheb Saheb and Carpenter, 2021). This helps patient to know whether it’s want to
undergo the treatment or not. In addition, to this the detail document need to be provide to
the patient so that it can identify the risk and the benefits related to the treatment.
Ethics requirement for practitioner
Ethics can be defining as branch of philosophy that identify the rights and wrong in
the practice. Moreover, it is a set of moral and obligation that is need to follow in order to
govern true practice. Moreover, the goal of clinical ethics is to improve the quality of the
patient care (Rasoal and et.al., 2017). Along with this, ethics are divide into part frost both the
patient and doctor are required to be honest in order to identify the risk and suggest
appropriate treatment. Second ally, the ethics are applied on both the technical and non-
technical workers.

From the above report it has been concluded that laws help in governing the people
living in the society in order to maintain peace. Moreover, the report has summarized about the
ethics that need to be followed by the health care practitioner. Last, it has thrown light on the
laws made by the government of UK for the medical practitioner
