While working with multidisciplinary team in HSC, I have
some limitations in my roles. It has directly made the impact
on services users and those who are working with me. For
instance, at the time of delivering the care services to
dementia patients, I have to followed the rules and
regulations. But if the service user wants to go outside the
care centers and if I have stopped it then it will against to
human rights. According to it, I have go him out from the
care centers but the rules of hospital and instruction of the
supervisors, I have to stopped him from going out of the
care wards. This has affected the behavior of the patients
and increased the dissatisfaction towards the treatments.
