INTRODUCTION
The report will help to understand the different needs of health and social care. As the
perception of different specific needs have been over change over time in home care with respect
to some factors. As the care needs of Mr Holland Park with specific needs in health care and
they need some specific treatment from the care professional (Anderson, 2010). In the east
London, some challenges and issues resolves that are related with behaviour.

1.1 Health and social care organisation East London
East London Organisation provided various facilities to our patients along with various
health care facilities can be provided to the customer. In ,relation to user health care ,disability
covers two i.e., permanent partial disablement and permanent total disablement under permanent

medical treatment provided on medical grounds amounted to Pounds 150000 ,which includes
free hospital facility, medical facility, doctor facility benefits but does not cover operation
expenses. In, case of health care facility our East Organisation covers free regular check-up
facility, medical treatment facility to the person who are our members and join our organisation
(Cline, 2011). These, are the certain facilities that our organisation covers in ambit and our
organisation time to time implementing various new policies regarding to it and bring changes
time to time because our motive is to provide maximum benefits to our members at low cost.
Our, aim is not to earn profit but to provide maximum services to our members at minimum cost
because whatever our organisation do that will do for the welfare of our members. The health of
the Mr Holland was not appropriate to and they need to analysis the best health care. Sometime
health will be more critical of the person may affect the specific diseases. Due to not able to
communication in the such condition their major affect can be seen on the Holland Park as per
the case. The nature of illness can be only known when the the diseased of the person can be
identified with special care. Due to these incident Holland park behaviour have been changes
and they are not able to communicate and use more abusive to the society at these conditions.

Process of treatment changed over time due to different techniques have been used in health care
(Anderson, 2010). Stigma refers to an attribute that is found in people not to interact with the
society easily. Home care focuses to process and aspects that allows to have better interaction
with the society and patients. Due to some reason people are not able to interact much with
society.
Discrimination in home care makes the society in another stage in which they are not considers
the patient for the right kind of treatment. It can be found due to mental illnesses and sometime
the stereotype people have different perception towards the home care. Fear of discrimination
can also result in people not seeking support for a mental health issues or addiction (Birse,
2011). The factor that will cause to the individual health such as label in which the various
treatment can be done on the basis of requirement. Stigma can associated with the various
treatment can be the done with willingness to various care, family members and the attachment
with patient will be considered. Oppression can be the negative for the patient who is suffering
form the various disease and society will pinch the person without any reason will impact on the
behaviour of their mental. Discrimination Act will help to give justice to the patient in which
health and social care can be taken place without any discrimination from the society.

There is a huge impact of legislation, social policy, society and culture on human being.
As, we see that UK having its own Constitution and own culture, it is one of the oldest
Constitution in History. It's having its own legislation and constitutional history, background,
parliamentary history which made the UK different as compared to others. Here, people having
its own lifestyle and needs which made them separate to others (Goodson, 2010). The, rules and
regulations are equal for everyone and in case of non-following such the penalties and
punishment are same for everyone. People are free to work, to move freely, able to take
decisions without the foundation of others and satisfy their wants ,similarly social policy does
not separate the people in case of any social injustice the policy gets attracted because, it made
the people aware of these because social security is important for each every citizens. Here,
broadly minded people stays so they don't have to think what the people said what the society
said because the way of working is different without any interferences and person having its duty
such as not to commit any kind of crime, misfeasance or not participate to it and person having
its own duty i.e., duty towards god, political duty, social duty and have to fulfil those and spent a
risk free and comfortable life in the society (Cline, 2011). Here, culture is differ from society to
society and religion to religion so, it is a great combination of both the things, people participate
it and learnt about the other cultures and religions also mix with each other and there is no racial
discrimination among them. So, according to it, the various services are made available for
individuals to satisfy their specific needs with certain policies and procedures are implementing
in limited time. So people must be aware about their work to fulfil the specific needs in health
care. The impact of of various legislation and social policy on services that are made available
