and social care services offer various services. NHS is considered as one of the healthcare
organisation of UK that provide best services to people for living better life. This assignment will
include use and develop system which promote communication, professional development and
health and safety risk management policies for adult residential care.
TASK 1

I have observed that communication system is very important to provide appropriate care
for patients in residential care homes. Communications needs of medical professionals associated
with single patient case should be addressed and conversation of practitioners with sick person as
well as their family members to make more accurate decision of medication for their welfare.

I believe that an effective communication is required in residential adult care which can
be supported by adopting technical devices which provide help to maintain accuracy of specific
