BLOG 1: Effective communication
Effective communication is very in for the service user colleagues and the
partners in order to build relationship and effective communication in the workplace. It is very
important for the individual to have effective communication skills (American Diabetes
Association, 2018)Effective communication is the concept of sharing and exchanging ideas
thoughts and knowledge. It is Very essential by the individual in order to survive in the world.
Effective communication concept insured me to convey my message to someone and let them
know about their feelings and emotions. There are several kinds of theories and concept which
support me to build effective communication skills.
Theories:
The Shannon and Weaver model of communication describe about the six concept of
communication that is Decoder, receiver, encoder, channel and sender.
Sender: The sender is known as information source in which the information sources start the
procedure by selecting the message to send end choosing the channel through which I want to
send a message. There are ways to send a message is through spoken words through body
language through music and many more.
Encoder: This is the next step in the model which is describe the encoder and this is the machine
that transfer the idea into signal which can be sent from the sender to the receiver. It's possible
that the encoder is a telephone, which transforms our voice into binary 1s and 0s before sending

it down the phone lines (the channel). Another encoding might be a radio station that transforms
voice into waves and sends them to someone through radio.
Channel: Channel is the way through which the individual select the particular channel to
transfer their message to someone else. There are several kinds of channels which are used by
the person that can be telephone gestures paper to writing and many more (Choudhury and Ojah,
2016).
Decoder: This is the concept which transfers the data and converts the message so that the
receiver can understand the message in an appropriate manner.
Receiver: this is the final destination of the communication. In this stage the information is
received by the receiver and the message successfully received at the destination.
This is the concept which supports me to analyze about the effective communication
process which also based on my practices. This message and model support me to analyze about
the concept of the communication model through which I can analyze the importance of the
communication and the process of the communication(Rossman, and Rallis, 2016).
BLOG 2: Team work
Teamwork is the collaborative efforts of the group in order to achieve the goals and
objective and in order to complete the task in an appropriate manner. Another word good
teamwork is described as a synergetic way of working with every and each individual who are
committed towards the goal. Teamwork is very important for the individual because it support
them to solve their difficult problems and brings more creative ideas in order to complete the
activities in an appropriate manner. In health and social care, teamwork is critical because it is
important for professionals to work well together to ensure that individuals who use the service
receive the support and care they need. Shared objectives, defined responsibilities, mutual trust,
effective communication, and quantifiable processes and outcomes evolved as five principles in
processes and design. These ideas aren't meant to be studied separately; they're all intertwined,
and one is reliant on the others. There are some theories of teamwork that support me to identify
the importance of the teamwork at workplace.

Storming: The team starts to handle the task providing suggestions. Different concepts may vie
for supremacy, and if this phase is not well managed, it may be highly damaging to the team.
During this period, team members' relationships will be established or shattered, and some may
never recover. The squad may become trapped in the Storming phase in severe situations.
Norming: The squad will transition from the Storming to the Norming phase when they exit the
Storming phase. This is usually accompanied by a shift toward more amicable working methods,
with teams deciding on the norms and principles that they will follow. In an ideal environment,
at this phase, teams learn to trust themselves as they recognize the importance of each team
member's contribution.
