summery of selected issues. The recommendations for addressing these problems and action
plan to support implementations of suggestions is given below.

faced insufficiency of funds which create major problem for working in health and social care
because it is essential to provide accurate care to every person. However, I feel that funds are
required to be managed and by reducing waste of the same at the time of carrying out clinical
activities and procedures. In addition to this, I have experienced that some of care professionals
do not remain careful while providing medication or treatment due to which negative results may
be occurred. Mistakes attempt by few of staff members impacts negatively on image of overall
care professionals working in specific healthcare organisation and reduce good will of care
institution as well.
At the other hand, I have mistaken regarding maintaining records including not
mentioning every small information and only make records of provided symptoms along with
major symptoms. It is necessary for me to learn about to make records of each small information

electronic information systems. It is helpful to gain specific data easily and information remain
