INTRODUCTION
Health and social is the most complex sector that depends on providing effectively and

will also provide an understanding about various important principles that support care of Mr.

the care practitioners in analysing their roles and responsibilities at workplace along with their

Mr Denis was suffering from the condition in which it has the requirement of heath care

person who is 92 years old and he is collapsed at his home with hypothermia thus after seven
weeks he is now arrived in health care home.
