about models of partnership working within health and social care sector along with various
effective legislations, organisational practices and policies for partnership working. Apart from
that, the effect of working practices and policies on collaborative working will also be explained.

organisation. Leaders and managers under this position, looks at the aspects and understand the

Change- This can be stated as the second stage of brining changes in the firm but also a
difficult one. Here, employer and employees have to understand that some changes are going to
get implemented. These modifications may be of both positive or negative depending to the

Freezing- This element has an another name as refreezing. An approach where changes
has already been made. Now, it is leaders responsibility to make it as a part of the organisation. It
is necessary for staff members to be comfortable with it.
