Here, there will be a discussion on the relationship among the external
environments and heath and social care sectors. It can be divided into two broad
section, in the first section there will be a discussion how the external
environmental factors impacts on the HSC. Therefore, in the another second
section there will be study on evaluating the different ways through which an
organization respond the impact of external factors, it includes external
stakeholders.

1.1 Analyze the impact of external
factors on HSC
 External factors: It is that factors that may directly influence on the the
operation of the organization. It is some of the factors that may impact on
the HSC that includes customers, political, economy and technological etc.
 Internal factors: The internal environment that are inside the organization
that are its control. The firm's mission or the culture have higher impact on
the organization. The factors that may include in it are the change in the
leadership style and organizational activity.

PESTLE ANALYSIS
PESTLE Analysis have a number of factors that can be determine and it impact
the organization environment. It becomes necessary for the firm to identify,
analyze and understand these factors to attain the best performance of the
company.

How the factors influence the HSC
 Political factors: The political factors whether it is small or big political forces that
are directly or indirectly influence that it will impact the HSC performance
 Economical factors: The factors that may involve in it are exchange rate, GDP rate
and inflation rate have a direct impacts on the prices of company's products and their
operations.
