ensure high quality, the healthcare workers are adhering onto some crucial philosophies in
health and social care, which helps the care providers to accomplish adequate standards in

practice is also a crucial duty of the care workers. The organizations are responsible for

delivered to the care users. In the following assignment, the key focus is upon exploring the
