The person centre approach is majorly focusing over direct approaches of health and social care
practice. Its give consideration over personal rights of customer, taking decisions in the manner
which will help to complied with the distinctive requirements in the best possible manner. In this
the main function is to judging the needs of people and providing the kind of need they required,
this kind of method can be known as person centred approach. The person centred approach is
inclusive of following kind of benefits such as are-
It helps in providing positive, healthy and beneficial environment for old age people at home. It
is very helpful in order to providing that atmosphere which becomes cohesive and the things
which are easy to manage and control. The H&C are taking various kind of step in relation to
have improvement in the services so that all activities can be carried out effectively. The old
age people want to feel sense of emotion with care givers. They want to feel self motivated and
remain happy. This is need to be provide in order to measure health conditions of person so that
they can be self motivated. In this manner it can be true to said that old age people are difficult to
handle as they need to behave with themselves as care providing by any family members, at this
age they generally become stubborn so that they need to provide effective care. Hence, it stated
that the Person centred approach is very helpful to change life style towards the positive
direction. The service providers are responsible to provide dignity and care or serve them in
effective manner, it is important to maintain confidentiality of the patient’s health status.
Providing care at home to patient is essential because it is multicultural society and people are
here having diverse ethnic, social, culture and religions background. This kind of facility will be
helpful in order to provide effective care to patient.

users of health and social care services.
The old age people are very much concerned about what they wear and what they eat,
they become fussy about every little thing. In this manner it can be true to said that the service
provider has to face wide range of ethical issues. This thing can be understood with the help of
examples as are, there is the person who is in the age of 60 years, he is having the issue of sweet
tooth, he has craving for sweet dishes. In case if he is refused to eat sweet dishes than he may get

irritated and anger. Sometimes the Health and social care workers to do nothing for them to just
stand and are strongly against the moral values. Here is another proof of the moral problem.
According to some people and not inhumane insulation is done. Others apply it to the patient
suffering from emotional and psychological damage. With the help of wise decision they are able
to provide proper medication to all patients. This is an ethical dilemma for the care giver as
giving sweets to Mr Taylor is not good for his health, but he just doesn’t seem to listen. Hence,
sweets are given to him with less sugar content and in a restricted manner with regular
monitoring of blood glucose levels. Sometimes the service provider experiences that situation
which works as contradictory to them. In this manner it can be true to said that it should be
essential for service provider to maintain the rules and regulations of business enterprise. The
ethical dilemmas are needed to be maintained to have smooth working in business enterprises. In
order to maintain smooth working it is important to have those cares which are able to ensure
safety of all the patients. It is mandatory for all the patients to have transit straps. The care
workers are responsible if something bad happen to the client. In other words it is the kind of
situation in which moral imperatives create and this kind of process can be called as ethical
dilemma. Hence, it can be true to said that with the help of providing better and effective care
services the good care can be provide to the customers. The term ethics means change behavior
towards the patients.
Ethical dilemmas and conflicts arise in the social services in between the setup targets to achieve
by the H&C homes and services provided by them. If care home is not able to meeting targets
and reaching its aims so conflicts stimulate. They it can raise the tension in the whole
environment of the H&C care Home. Laws and regulatory framework can take a necessary step
towards the care Homes if any complaint is done against by any of the family or friends of the
patient. Due to various Reasons are like not taking care of the patients in the proper manner,
mistreatment, careless by staff members or any service provider. In this situation dilemmas are
created in the mind of the family of the patients which heavily impacts on the aim of the H&C
care homes . Ethics means changes in the behavior that is a negative behavior towards others.
H&C care homes works as a social worker generally faces all such dilemmas on daily basis or it
can affect the reputation of the firm in large manner. It can be true to said that ethics of the social
care homes are divided in the two aspects as are dignity and integrity or social justice

This situation can be understood with the help of cases as are ethical dilemma is conflict of two
different rights as per Human Right Act 1998 under this one is treating everyone equally or equal
treatment shall be given to all the patients and another rights is to protect or save service user of
ABC health care. Mrs Z shall be protected from harm that she is causing to herself and at the
same time not to hurt their equal treatment and independence right. Therefore ABC health care
shall put some criteria or some system into its working that can be used to prevent Mrs Z from
harming herself.

In this it can be true to said that the care home provide the life to old age people in manner to self
respect and esteem. The old age people left alone by the facilities due to the issues of financial
liability and physical disability. In this way there are various care service providers who take
various initiatives, who work as to look over the need of such individual and this all governed by
separate code of conduct. In this manner there are various kind of legislation and ethics and this
all are mentioned by law. The policies and regulations in the health care home play a very crucial
role to cooperate with the cultural and financial background of people. The Health and Social
Care works as to maintaining the policies related to the producer of the health and social care
institutions so that this all can work in effective and efficient mode. This kind of efforts will also
works as to help in maintaining the policies in the ABC care home for the rationale of the
responsibility of the workers and in maintaining the organisation in a well planned manner. Thus,
the implementation of the policies, legislation and regulations in the ABC care home help in
increasing the efficiency of the employees. There are various of code of conduct is designed with
the object of supporting the workers of the health care. This kind of codes of conduct will help
the workers of social care department in providing good services to the users. There are various
kinds of guidelines which are defined in following manner as are-
Agents and Appointees: There are various numbers of Agents and appointees who play their
role as nominees who are appointed by the residents. They pay for the fees or any other
payments of the residents for some specific period of time. These nominees can be the relatives
or friends of the resident. The department of Social Service appoints the nominee, if the residents
are not having any relative or a friend. These agencies are taking various steps in order to
provide effective services to old age people.

Safety laws- In this there is need to have strict rules and regulations in order to prevent any kind
of misshape from happening in the premises of care home. These all are need to be followed in
order to provide secure and safe services to the patients.
Trust- in this manner there are various kind of trust who works as to provide financial assistance
to the people who are able to cope up with the services. In this way trust manager the finances
and provide protection to the old age care people. These kinds of facility are helpful in order to
ensure effective working.
Court of protection- The court of protection also plays the crucial role in relation to sort out of
financial issues and conflicts which may arise for the old age people. There are various kinds of
rules and regulations and this all are needed to follow in order to provide safety services to
patients.

affected by certain activities at the social care home. The values and ethics is need to be followed
in the organization so that entity can run its activities effectively. By following this all the

to be responsible about their duties so that old age people are able to have good care from service
providers.
Discriminatory Approach: In this it can be true to said that due to direct orders from higher
authorities, the attendants need to show some personal bias to the patients at the cost of other
patients and this kind of the activities can harm atmosphere within the social care home. This
kind of approach will be helpful to provide effective care to the patents.
Social Learning: The Social care home for the aged people it is the place where elderly people
spend maximum time in making the interaction and communication with people of similar group
of age. This all works as to learn and pick up things from the peer group and then try to imitate
them in their enclosure.

Inter-professional working can be defined as a group of individuals which works as to

working can process its business activities in highly effective and implementable. In this manner
it can be stated that in health care center, patients belonging to different trouble so that it is
essential to process systematic in enterprise. It is to be advised for ABC home care to take
initiatives to implement Inter-professional working style as it will be helpful for the staff member
of hospital to provide facilities to the patients as per their necessity and comfort.

Primary responsibility is related to the maintaining of service quality so that trust of
service can be obtained and maintained. In this relation another responsibility is to conduct
training sessions for new and existing employees so that internal policies and rules will be
communicated to them and strict action is need to be taken in order to violation of any rule shall
be taken. With the help of the Latest technologies and procedure should be made and this all is
need to be implemented in order to have quality of services. Being the manager it is essential to
take steps in order to having frequent improvements and alteration will be helpful to regained the
reputation of the entity. It is the duty of manager to track the performance of staff members and
to monitor them that they are handling their responsibilities in corrective mode or not.

I am working in health and social sector In health sector and taking many steps in relation
to providing of Miscellaneous range of setting so that activities can be undertaken effectively.
There is need to make some policies and regulation so that firm can able to process it firms
activities. In order to make this all effective it is essential to control on quality policies, in this it
is essential to have continued improvement so that patients can have immediate care. Being the
manager of teh organisation i will be take care o teh quality status of services. I will work as to
properly following the rights of human. My main role is to having maximum contribution in
relation to providing of quality care to pateints this can be done with teh help of dealing with

ethical standards, efficiently handling case loads and progressing to augment professional
knowledge
4.3 Recommedation to develop good practice care.
With thge help fo good policies teh organisation can process bsuiness activities
effectively. These are defined in following manner as are-
