INTRODUCTION
In this project report the working of the partnership in the health and social care
organisation in the process for providing then different service into the organisation(Glasby and
Dickinson, 2014). To providing the different types of the services to the services user to indirect
users. In this project report to expend the different types of the aspects of the partnership to
working into the healthful environments. This will including to the how the partnership
philosophy to benefits the cost of the partnership working. Health and social care professionally
need to understanding the way of working into the organisation to promoting the effective
services provision. They awe a particulate roles and responsibilities to related the other with into
the sectors . A partnership firm they will examine the with user of the services that em power of
individual inform to regarding to the particular decision making the encourages of the
independences .into the report to analysis the investigate the organisation to examine the
different way of the strategies working level to proving. The partnership theory study the range
of the researching to find out the related to the partnership philosophies to providing the joint
working practices. The method of positive partnership working into the different legislation to
relevant the types of the organisation policy and process . The study of the proving the strategies
to improving the outcome of the partisanship to working for the user services types of different
organisation of the precess. The different in the working of the partnership were the identify the
barriers to collaborate the working into the organisation to providing the services. Those all
methods which can be identify the working of the mention into the user of the services.

1.1 Partnership philosophy in health and social working.
Partnership in health and social is defined as working of two or more to provide services
in the health care and social to provide effective and better service to the user(Frunză, S., 2011).
There are different philosophies that which comes under the partnership in the health and social
entity. The some of the philosophies which include under the partnership industry in health and
social care are empowerment, independence, autonomy, power and respect(Munn-Giddings and
Winter, 2013). These philosophies are described as follows:-
Empowerment:- The empowerment is first identified philosophy which is included under the
partnership working in the health and social care. The empowerment is referred as the work

user working in the partnership. The two organisation working in the health and social care are
merged to act as partnership firm the one organisation must be provided the authority for the
organisation which they present. The philosophy have helped all the organisation working as the
partnership firm to reduce the dependency of the partners while making the decisions. The two
organisation which are acting as the partners in the health care have authority to make the
decision regarding any change in its organisation(Dickinson and Glasby 2010).
Independence:- The independence philosophy is referred as the reducing the control, threats and
orders which have direct impact on the ones enterprise in the daily working. The independence
help the organisation to take the decision regarding its organisation as per its choice. The
freedom to take decisions and their choices to keep their enterprise working in the independent
way is considered as the level of independence. The independence of the organisation leads to
the independent working of the each organisation as per their choices without depending on the
other partners working in health and social care. In some case the dependency is necessary on the
participants for providing the services. But as per the philosophy the participants of the
partnership in health and social care must be independent in the operation from each other.
Autonomy:- The self governing of the the enterprise by the participants of the partnership is
referred as the Autonomy. Autonomy describes that the participants have freedom to control the
functioning of their organisation by the participants. The participants have complete freedom for
their organisations changes, recruiting employees, to manage promotions and day to day
activities.
Respect:- The appreciation for the better working of the other participants working under the
health social care are termed as philosophy of respect. The participants should given the respects
by the other participant in order to develop the mutual understanding and better relations.
Power:- The philosophy states the two individuals are merging to form partnership so the power
to make the changes and decisions should be shared among the partner to work with better

which have came in front they acts as a partnership organisation and provides the services in
medical and mental care institutes. The most of the elder individuals in the society suffers from
the health and social care issues. The partnership organisations working in medical institute and
mental care institutes will be very helpful for the health development and providing services to
the users as well as save the time. The merging of two organisation to provide service lead to the
complexity. The all the staff and service users are increased. To provide quality service it is
necessary to control the operations of the organisation by the proper administration and good
mutual understanding among the staffs and participants. The management of employees of the
collaborated organisation must be done significantly to eliminate the negative impacts. The
cultural issues can be obstacle for two organisation merged to act as an partnership firm. In the
sense of the cultural barrier it is referred as the all the organisation have there own set of values,
plans and objectives. The differentiation in the plans and objective is the great barrier in the
operation of the partnership organisation.

2.1 Analysing the models of partnership working in the health and social care sector.
In the health and social care services many models of the partnership working are
identified. The formal and informal partnership, multi-agency working, joint funding and
networking are included under the models of the partnership working in the health and social
service. The organisation build by the two or more health and care enterprises to act as a
partnership organisation and provide services commonly with common goals and objectives is
referred as formal partnership organisation. The formal partnership organisation is announced in
the public and it is the signed agreement. In the formal partnership organisation the management
is controlled centrally with the ideas of the participants. The informal partnership organisation is
opposite of the formal organisation(McKeown, Malihi-Shoja and Downe, 2011). The informal
organisation is not done in the form of agreement as well as it is not announced publicly . There
are certain more models of the partnership organisation which are described as follows:-

Unified model of partnership:- These model is a one kind of partnership organisation. When
more than one organisation or the individual forms a single organisation is referred as the unified
model of the partnership organisation. The all the services in relating to the health and social care
will be than provided by new organisation formed. The partners will have the rights and duties
among the new arise organisation(Dickinson and O'Flynn, 2016).
Coordinated model of the partnership:- This model explains the coordination which has to be
followed by all the participants of the organisation in the same service. The structure of the
coordination will be followed by all the partners of the organisation in the same manner as laid
down. In the health and service sector it is necessary for the all the partners to follow the same
coordination plan.
Coalition model of partnership:- In this model of the partnership the two or more individuals
or the organisation agrees to act as the partners and provide health and social care service for the
limited time frame the. The partnership firm is only formed for the specific time period till the
goals and objectives of the organisations is not achieved. Once the goals and objectives gets
achieved the partnership firm gets dissolved.
2.2 Review of the current legislation and organisational practices and policies for partnership
functioning in the health and social care.
There are many of the organisations, individuals and professionals who are providing the
service in the health and social care. With the time many of the changes have take place in the
health and service sector. The suitable example for the health and social care service is alliance
health care. The various kinds of rules and regulations are framed by the government and
authorities in respect to the protecting the rights and duties of the individuals and partners who
are working in the health and social care sector. Some of the laws framed by the government in
order to provide individual a help to get all the health services from the organisations. These
laws are framed as follows.
Mental capacity Act,2005:- The Act was formed to provide the proper service to the Adults who
lacks in making the decisions. The Act was generally formed for the people who are suffering
from the problem of the mental disability(Reeves and et. al., 2011).
Data protection Act, 1985:- The purpose of the act is to protect the data of the individuals in
living in the society. The act helps in the significant processing of the individuals data.

Equality Act, 2010:- The main purpose of the formulation of the act is to modify the complicated
arrays of the rules and regulation. The act helps the individuals from the discrimination in the
society in respect of caste, sex, race and religion(Perkins and et. al., 2010). The act helped all the
individuals to get the services of the health and social care without and kind of discrimination.
The act also helped the individuals to work among the health and social sector without any
discrimination. The act also states the any person with minor or major disability must be
treated as equal to the normal individual's.
2.3 Description of the affects of differences in practices and polices in collaborative working.
The various kinds of the polices and practices are been carried down whenever the new
organisation in formed and act as the partnership enterprise. The collaboration is the working of
the two or more organisation of the health and social sector in combined for the common goals
and objectives. The many difficulties are faced by the collaborated organisation in the health and
service sector. The difficulties can occur within the organisation because of the miss
communication among the partners of the collaborated organisation. The miss communication
will lead to the miss management within the organisation. The miss management have the
negative impact which leads to the waste of time and money. The structure of the organisation
can positively or negatively effect the working of the collaborated organisation. The organisation
structure positively have effect on the good management. The structure of different organisation
varies which may lead to the negative effect on the working of the organisation. The values
belief of the participant are different with the different interest which may harm the working of
the organisation. The working of the collaborated organisation with the same interest and culture
will lead to the positive impact on the organisation. The working of the collaborated organisation
for the common objective and same interest of the partners will help the organisation to achieve
the goals and objectives easily. The information sharing by the participants of the collaborated
organisation also have the negative and positive impact on the working of the collaborated
enterprise. Its has positive impact that the sharing of the information will lead to the emergence
of the new ideas from the each participants which will help to make the good decisions.
Sometimes the sharing of the information can loss the information of the participants. The
financial structure may also lead to the positive or negative impact on the working of the
organisation(Lymbery, 2010). The finance sources of the all the participant varies. The some
participants have strong financial condition and some may lack behind in the terms of finance.

care organisation(Marmot and et. al., 2012). The main benefits of the working in partnership is
the increased effectiveness and efficiency in the working of the organisation. Efficiency is
measured in the time that how fast the organisation can provide service to the users. The
partnership helps the user to get wide range of service from two or more organisation working as
an partnership firm.
The main possible outcomes of partnership organisation for service users have some positive and
negative point of the organisation. These positive and negative outcomes are as follows.
Positive outcome:-

structure of the organisation acts and strong barriers for the functioning of the partnership

organisation difference in structure lead to the obstacles. The all services of the different
organisation is divided among the participants of the partnership, sometimes the participant may
not be ready to take the responsibility for divided task among them(Parrott, 2014). The structural
barrier is directly related to procedural, because barriers in structure effect the procedure of
organisation this effects effectiveness in attaining the goals and objectives of the organisation.
Procedural barriers:- The every organisation have certain procedure to meet the demand of the
services. The procedures to meet the demand within the time frame is framed as per the structure
of the organisation. The different structure of the different organisation lead to changes in the
procedure. These change in procedure makes the things worst in the organisation. These
procedure is the barriers to the organisation which has to be changed as per the situation. The

procedure of the organisation. This leads to barriers in the procedure of the organisation and

Financial barriers:- The financial condition of the participants in the partnership organisation
cannot be same for the each. The financial resources of the each participants are different some
may have good own capital and some one have borrowed it from the institutions. The
differentiation in the sources and amount of in hand capital may act as the barrier for the
partnership organisation. The financial barrier is occurred due to the barriers in the procedure of
organisation. The financial barriers also creates in the communication because no use of effective
technology in the communication system within the organisation.

care services.
