Risk assessment is proper information pack regarding to a project and activity, in context of
care planning for individuals, it becomes more essential for them. Risk assessment provides
all potential risk which can be happen in a particular process and project so by this
organisation can develop a pre plan to resolve that risk on that time (Geiger-Brown and
Lipscomb, 2010). Most of people are obsessed in present time and they are having a need of
bariatrics surgery by which they can reduce their weight and live a healthy life. These people
are unable to move by their own legs so it is essential for the health and care organisation
like: NHS to have a proper resource, machines and vans to carry these people from their
home to hospital (Glasby, 2017). Also this equipment’s can help to them to reposition and
move them to one ward to another. Many type of risks are attached during to move them so a
replant can be made by the organisation so by this they can develop a replant to avoid these
risks.
Most of the organisations in UK are not having any bariatrics policy which is essential
to make according to the current need of society. They have to work according to these
policies, this policy can help them to buy a machine, equipment and vehicle to move and
transport them easily with proper care (Gordon and Findley, 2011). They have to buy hard
and strong machines which can easily handle their weight and having a better engineering to
support bariatrics patients. This bariatrics can help to NHS to provide a proper safety to their
obsessed patients and it can also work on to trust and believe of their patients on them. Heavy
