Providing a conducive approach in health and social care workplace is very essential. Trusting
relationship is vital part of the health and social care because most of the time, a carer stays
with service taker. For support, service taker depends on care taker and normal function and
independence of the client is exercised as much as possible because it’s to duty of the care
taker (Moule and Hek, 2011). The role and responsibility of care taker includes ensuring all
needs are met, providing due services, properly taking care of client and ensuring rights are
preserved. By performing roles, we can meet physical needs of the client like feeding, hygiene
and physical activities. While service user is taken care within workplace, it is duty to promote
health and ensuring that health and safety of them in effectual manner. As such, emotional and
financial interests of the client will also be protected as they believe and trust us.

Alongside within workplace, outside also care taker should disclose his responsibilities and
