4.2 Evaluation on effectiveness of policies and procedure that impacts the health and social care
setting.
In this, the polices and procedures within the health and social sector for the
administration of the medication are proved to be effective and this all must be performed at the
great extent level. There are number of the specific steps of medicine administrating process and
this all must be complied with the care home and it defined in following manner as are-
ordering the process- All kind of medicine must be given to person as per the prescription of the
registered profession and this is must be in written document.
Recording the process- This is the step that is inclusive of the having medication and to all the
things in the right documentation. Thus, all the thing and medication process are needed to be
kept in recorded manner. It will be usable for the future purpose.
Maintain and disposal of medicine- With the help of maintenance of the shortage will be helpful
in terms to taking care of the medicine. Thus, there are number of the disposal policies and this
all are to be used so that expiry date of medicine can be known.
CONCLUSION
From the above summing up report it can be concluded that health and social care is
crucial term so that things can be done in better mode. The current legislation and polices will be
helpful in order to run all the things in better mode so that legislation can be dine in better mode.
