procedures which are mentioned below:
Treating every individual with passion and respect: most any patience misses is to be
independent of his/her choice and decision making power. This principles seeks every

people to help are increasing at a rapid level and several people in the current era are living with
several disabilities. The person centred care and social care services was developed to help
certain people and give them main important privilege so that no other system shall work in
progress. The need of having such provision was much needed and the concept was created to
help and treat people and make them have a happier lifestyle in return (Miles and Asbridge,
2017).
3. Most common things faced during such approach of persons centred care.
The most common things which are faced by both the sides is that they have to be well
coordinated and well known or accompanied to enjoy this experience (Miles and Asbridge,
2016). Generally people do not express what they seek and due to this procedures is left without
any results. Its very important for people to have the following:
people should express and conclude their experience with full proper explanations
the people should understand basic levels and have a understanding.
Results are not always effective as this procedure takes time for people to understand and
gain confidence again back in life (Kim and Park, 2017).
Providing some acts to help out this person centred relationship are mentioned below:
The Equality Act 2010: This act gave certain principles which helped in given certain importance
to equality.
Equal Pay Act, 1970: This treat everyone equal in commercial business structure and helped
worm to get same pay scale as men.

7. Skills & personal qualities required for developing relationship in given scenario.
This term has to be properly explained in the fact that there are several skills which are
needed to have this things done. One person to become trained in helping people should can help
to seek proper care and help to people who need it the most. Some of the major qualification one
requires is to have the following qualities and skills mentioned below:
properly coordinated: such people should always be coordinated and organised in the
work that no person shall face any discomfort or any helplessness while staying for the
procedure (Mezzich and et. al., 2017).
Patience: one shall always have calm and cool mind as things can get a little agitated and
some can experience discomfort due to continues bugging and irritated doctors to treat.
Making them confident: this should be executed that the sole purpose for them to make
this changes is to keep them back on toes and let them take charge of their lives
again(Kogan, Wilber and Mosqueda, 2016).
8. Explain promotion of independence of an individual in health and social care.
This is actually the main source to which the concepts work in too much coordinated and
collaborated in the work spam of time that it is very irregular vto follow or continue any such
matters. The heading of this treatment is to make the person fully independent in the end of the
methods ends.
9. Ensuring privacy and dignity of individuals.
In this process it is very important to remember the fact that all the people who are
getting them treated do not seek to let other people know about their issues or things. This
treatment lets the person be total unidentified and does not let any person seek information about
them. It is regulated by government to protect them and give them the correct statement in the
privacy and dignities of every individual (Mezzich and et, al., 2016).
Task-4

started to repeat and several people are going through this face (Wu and et. al., 2017). Like in the
scenario maple does not seek to be dependent at her daughter even in this age. This shows that
people still believe to live more and explore more life left in them. The sole purpose was to
explain the importance and need of such treatment. Person centred treatment is providing
humans for the first time to explore and have command of their lives in the most crucial stages of
their lives (Lines, Lepore and Wiener, 2015).
CONCLUSION
The main consistent power source of this whole file is to understand the importance of
health and care in world. Their are several provisions which protect and help several people to
gain their lives back. Person centred approach was introduced for betterment of humans and
giving them support and independence in society. This lead to recovery of any person more early
