INTRODUCTION
Health and social care refers to treatment of health illness and conditions related to
medical in hospitals, Centres related to health and in community. In social care, it is a care or
support of assailable people and mostly in community. Well-being is just not the absence of any
disease or illness. It's a analysable combination of people's mental, physical, social and
emotional health factors. It is directly connected with life satisfaction or happiness. Below report
is based on case study of public health England which partnership with NHS, they has launched
Every mind Matters (Aldridge and McChesney, 2018). Below report includes what stage do
models of health and well being that used by Every mind matters campaigns have an influence
upon mental health of people in community and factors may affect on success of campaigns.

As per case study, this easy based on public health England and in partnership with
NHS(National health services) has introduce a campaign which is Every Mind Matters it is a
innovated path of people empowering to manage or improve person's mental health. Campaign
will provide skills to improve and work on their metal health of people in various key areas. In
this they make a list on the basis on priorities such as sleep, low mood or stress and anxiety, as
these are common health concern and where there is best evidence for self support. Basically
their major aim is to work on mental health literacy and work on this in right direction across
England (England, 2019). At heart of “M y Mind Plan” campaign, they ask questions to various
people in society about mental illness or health priorities or any particular issues which they
currently face. As per feedback and results they suggest and plan of action based on their
requirements, which person can tailor to fit in their life. Foundation Mental health has been
consider from begin in various variety of ways. They working directly on project as a part time
from last two years with specific focus on analysing and understanding evidence for self
assistance and translating evidence into approachable actions that different people can try.

society have been highly helpful in campaign based on evidence. The effective way to get
involvement of maximum people to use 'my mind plan' to make own plan of action and reason of
impact on mental health.
Main aim of this campaign is to provide a best and suitable solution for people's illness
and mental health. Through this campaign they give a valid reason to overcome their mental
health illness and live life with healthy lifestyle and good mental health. They achieve aim
through conducting survey among society and ask various questions related to people health,
mental illness and any health issues (Esfeld, 2020). Due to Covid situation lots of people suffer
from mental illness and stress because during lock down lots of people lost their job and daily
lifestyle or routine disturbed due to this people face mental disorders. In survey they found
higher rate of mental illness cases in Covid pandemic. In current situation, people facing lot
issues, either it is financial, mentally etc. however health plays very essential part in every life ,
due to Covid- 19, people faced so many issues government planned about lock down. There were
so many people they confronted mental issues, they tried to commit suicide because they used to
about exploring but situation has kept locked. To stay in particular place it will impact mentally
as well as physically that is negative impact on health. Health requires excellent environment,
some physical activity which is very essential to live in this world.
Holistic model defines to give help that looks at all persons, not just people's mental
health requirements. The assistance should also involve their emotional, physical, spiritual and
social well-being. Every people will have various experience of illness related to mental health
and way to recovery which are influenced as per their gender, age group, culture, faith, language,
relationship status, beliefs and life experience. It is essential to assume which how campaign's
key partners interpret situation will be same as people they are helping, listening, asking and
tracking are major skills to be able given a holistic service. This model focus on a people's
wellness and illness (Jensen and Bonde, 2018). Holistic derived from model of holism, concept
of therapeutics especially from outside mainstream of medicine of scientific, as naturopathy,
homeopathy or chiropractic and mostly involving measures of nutritional. Holism terms invented
in 1926 by Jan smuts, whole is different as compare to sum of their parts. Now days generally
both wholistic and holistic origins have various definitions, usually modern day meaning of
holistic is wholistic. In well-being of holistic it is mostly define various components of human
being body and path of life has to be balance so people are whole. It comes from natural state of

being and balance. There are five major pillars of holistic wellness, which states people's mental,
physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being are present in homoeostasis. Five pillars are
described below as;
Mental well-being: It is maintain a positive mental health, mind set basis on healthy is
people's metal resilience against stress and challenges in life. Increased mental health
assist to make healthy recognise and select values, people's potential and worth
(Manning and Clayton, 2018). Best mental well-being enhance person's capability to
share skills and gifts. It support people to maintain communication in relationship and
healthier boundaries. Capability to be meagrely in moment, is helpful path to inspire
healthier and good mental well-being.
Emotional well-being, it contribute to good or healthy self worth, self esteem, best
emotional intelligence and self confidence. Positive well-being in emotional assist in
cope and thrive in people's relationship (Olsen, Lindberg and Lamu, 2020). It often
coincides very much with mental well-being. It is having capability to accept ourself and
express emotional feelings and needs when needed.
Physical well-being, it relates to optimal functioning body and balanced healthy
balanced. It just not about being illness free. But related to people's energy level of body,
flexibility and endurance. It is people's ability to sleep, physical lifestyle, ability to
perform, eat, be relax from addiction or medication and be spirited against stress.
Traditional forms of well-being like Ayurvedic treatment or medicines, good nutrition
and naturopathy can assist to support physical elements in health wellness (Patalay and
Fitzsimons, 2018). Reduce or avoid more toxins in environment and food also helps in
healthier body.
Spiritual well-being is capability to experience definition and purpose in life via a
effective connection to self or a greater power than one self. It defines to be most strong
and effectual sources of inspiration, strength and encouraging on journey of healing and
recovering.
Social well-being, it is social inclusion and belonging in social, assistance by linked and
in equilibrium with community or entire world. It can be linked to values, lifestyle and
traditions (Ramya and Baral, 2019). Any other aspects of social that helps in higher well-

being. Communicating with family, friends and positive people is important to feel good
and for better health condition.
Health and well-being is most important now day because day to day this become major issue sin
society and lots of people committed suicide because of stressful life and mental illness. They
need proper guidance and centres where they can take treatment for mental issues and overcome
from stress. This campaigns conduct activities and surveys in market to get results of various
kind of illness so they can provide suitable resolutions and treatments to reduce stress and fix the
mental illness (Shrivastava, 2018). In today's scenario there are many people are careless about
their health and body. They east lots of junk food which are not good for health and create lots
of illness. To balance healthy body and mental health it is most important to eat healthy food and
fruits which are good for health. Campaign's needs to provide a healthy diet chart to people with
some activities in terms of yoga and exercise so people can work on themselves and prepare for
further any situation. In current scenario many restaurants also provide healthy food and
beverages due to increasing demand of healthy food and people are more concerned about their
health of body and mental (Silva, Rogers and Buckley, 2018). There are many centres and
government projects related to mental issues and problems, they provide proper advice and
guidance to people to work on themselves n right manner.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded the above easy, health and well being is most essential part of people's life
in society. But many people face mental illness in community so above campaigns assist to
people in overcome from mental disorders and issues. They conduct surveys and some activities
through these they get data and information about people's health and their mental issues. As per
outcomes of surveys they provide treatment and guidance to people and help them to overcome
from those. It is important to support those people to maintain healthy environment in
community and encourage them to live life in best way and give suggestions to do yoga and
medication for balance life schedules.
