awareness in the users. It is essential to have all the safety measure before using the ICT. As
there are, several issues are taken into consideration while using ICT. Ergonomics is one of that
that raised problems. Radiations are one of major problem because due to heavy usage of system
can increase the radiation rate and radiation can damage the eyesight. The other problem is
seating of the user while working on the system because wrong seating in the front of system
may increase the neck, eye problem. By the use of information and communication technologies,
there are various lawful considerations. Many researchers’ states that success of information and
communication technologies is totally depend on the cultural contingency of the appliance. It is
important that the various social and health care professionals supported the development of ICT
via particular cultural practices and understanding (Haluza, 2014). It is not necessary that all the
cultures consolidated the ICT in social and health field. However, information and
communication technologies can provide benefits in the field of health and social care, these
benefits can only be maximize on one condition that awareness of technology is not sufficient,
there must be wide acceptance of technology. There is a requirement of special consideration to
health monitoring and diagnostic areas, which wants the relevance of information and
communication technologies. Due to cut in budget of social and health care, the gap is been
generated in the expansion of what is being utilized and what is potential. Along with this many
professional of social and health care are failing in understanding the genuine possibilities of ICT
