Introduction
The first part of the study deals with the death
of Baby P, who was brutally killed by his own
mother, stepbrother and step uncle. He was
constantly abused for over 8 months and had
incurred 50 injury spots, which the doctor
unfortunately failed to recognize. The factors as
well as the social and cultural impacts on the
development of the abusive nature of the
employees are discussed.
