that all safety guards are provided by care homes to their practitioners to ensure their

3.3 Own contributions regarding placing of Health and Safety needs of individuals
There is need to adopt various options which helps in fulfilling the safety needs of
employees and patients. The different options which are recommended by the management of
“White Chapel Residential Care Home” regarding improvement of safety at workplace and
becomes the centre of attraction for employees and patients are mentioned below:
Training: Provide adequate training to their workers and practitioners. This helps in
development of the skills of workers regarding first aid to patients and understand their
problems at initial level. This also helps in development of patience among workers to
effectively listen the issues of old age persons and provide proper assistance.
Improved interaction: Regarding development of the health and safety at work place
need to improve the interaction between teams and agencies. This helps in maintenance
of coordination among their activities and ascertain their views which improves decision
marking power. Effective disbursement of roles and duties helps in improving the
performance and reduction of mistakes (Phillips, 2016).
