There are several and different terms related to the health and social care services. Mainly
the concept of health and social care is directly related to the employers and employees as well.
Moreover, these concepts make the user of health and social care very conscious about the services
and make them to behave in a specific and effective target manner(Boote, Baird and Sutton, 2011).
Mainly the misunderstanding regarding to the concepts and the healthcare services may harm the
aims and objectives of the health and social cares services. Analyse the main concept of health and
disability, illness and behaviour which is given below: Health: Health of the patients is the major issue in health care sectors and affect their
services in many ways like demand of the patients, employer services, employees
satisfaction and more. World health organization states the main concept of the health is " A
state of complete mental, physical and social well-being not simply the absence of sickness
or unfitness. In the absence of illness some people means that the person who has no disease
is situated as a healthy person. Disability: In NHS person with disability is mainly describes in the way of having the long
term physical, mental, intellectual damage and those who are not able to interact with other
person and participating the social events as well. Disability is not only a specific health

Illness and behaviour of user: Illness is a matter that vary from person to person and affect
the personal emotions. Mainly the concept of illness plays a vital role to improve and
diagnose the sickness and long term disease. The behaviour of the patients mainly define in
the way that how patient monitor their body. analyse the symptoms and take the immediate

(Kemp, Griffiths and Lovell, 2012). Hence, the perceptions of that specific needs is also changed
over the time when the technology and the demand of the patients changes with time. As an

towards the health care services. It has been identified that people with different learning disorders
have some specific needs from social care workers. The people with disability can lead towards
diverse groups in relation with age, disability degree and other associated problems. In addition to
this, it can be said that number of legislative aspects are being introduced by authorities in order to
overcome such kind of issues. By having an application of methods in regard to long term health
care standards the issues can be resolved.
In health and social care sectors, sometimes the person who has the specific needs and
requirement regarding to the provided services of healthcare, is more vulnerable, harm and abuse3
by the other people of the community. Patients may have the problem regarding the services which
provided by the healthcare sectors and because of that their needs changes accordingly. Peter suffer

who are suffering from the disability and bi-polar affective disorder in the UK. Some of these factor
includes the act like equity act, disability discrimination act, special education needs or more. These
acts plays a vital role to improve the services of the healthcare and increase the demand of the
patients as well. For Peter and his family this rules and regulations are play most important and
