INTRODUCTION
Health promotion refers to promote health services for society and community. So they
can spend their life effectively. Health promotion through develop a health environment for
people so they have any health relating issues and problems so they can get proper relief. Its
help to increase health quality and increase their standard of living, in which including medical
facilities, heath communities, free treatments and so more that help to provide heath relating

and community facilities because at this time they does not have money to spend their life and a

benefits. Health promotion organisation through promote heath facilities and programmes to
develop a heath environment for persons so they can spend their life effectively all persons are
influenced at this by family, friend, education, income, jobs, food, house and so more(Eldredge,
L.K.B. and et. al 2016). The main purpose of this report is provide better health facilities to
society so they can get some relief in their life and remove their health issues and problems in the
effective manner.

1.1 Define the factors of socio economic those affecting on Peter and Sarah's health
Socio economic factors are affecting on Peter and Sarah's heath. Socio economic
including environment, culture, education, social ethics and norms. All these are affecting on
persons health these are under the below: Social environment: Society's culture, norms and ethics are affecting on their life just
because if their ethics are not effective and not suitable to their persons life so they will
not accept.(Bauman, and Nutbeam, 2013). Education: Education is also affecting on Peter and Sarah's life and their health because
they are not educated and their environmental persona re not educated their doesn't have
any knowledge regarding health and any other things so they cannot identify what is good
or bad for therm and their health.

 Income: Income is play vital role to survive their life and faced any problems and issues
by the persons. Without income a person can not survive life effectively and cannot take
any health relating facilities to resolve their health issues. In the other hand, socio
economic is affecting in the negative manner in which including environment, culture,
rules and regulations, educations and income of the person. By the health promotional
organisation should provide some health facilities to develop their health quality. So they
can spend their life effectively and efficiently manner.
1.2 Explain the government resources such as research reporting on inequalities in health in
relation
Government resources in which including reposts and survey that help to identify and
collected all information relating to the health of persons(Egger, Spark, and Donovan, 2013). If
in the society having inequalities in health care communities so government will conduct the
survey in ther society to collect information by al society persons. The Health and Lifestyle
Survey (HALS) is the effective survey in the society that conduct all information at the level of
state and national level in world. By this survey identify health status, issues, problems, life style,
mental health care, physical heath care and so more. Through this survey build a equal status in
the society for all persons without making inequality between them. So they survive their life
effectively and face all kind of issues and problems easily. This survey programmes and
activities help to develop a health environment for all persons and increase their health quality if
they having any health related issues so by the health communities easy to resolve them and
provide a healthy life to them. These kind of survey conducted by the government of country and
also regulated. In this survey identify the disparity in the society after that analysis them and find
out the better solution for them(Korda, and Itani, 2013).
1.3 Explain the reasons and barriers of the health care
Health care department in having many reasons and barriers they are affecting on a
person's life. That should manage and control by the health care communities in the systematic
manner and provide them effective life. These factors are under the below: Disabilities: Disabilities means when a person is not physically able to go for their
treatments at health care centres so they will not take and facilities. In this case Peter is
disable by the leg amputated that's why that is not able to go heath acre centres and not
take proper treatments in the effective manner.

is not able to survive their life effectively. In this case all persons are influenced by
refugee so they doesn't have income sources they all are depends upon social benefits and
facilities.

to that increase cost that cannot afford by Peter and Sarah, because they are not able to
use smart techniques to get proper treatments for resolve their health problems and issues.

To health promotion government start and promote various activities and services those
help to promote and develop a healthy environment for all persons. That help to provide better
and effective health services for society(Weare, and Nind, 2011). In this case Peter and Sarah are
not physically able to earn something and they dose not having any sources to resolve their
health issues and problems they having 2 type of Diabetes problem so through the government
start a campaign for them so they can take proper treatment in which through the government
provide free check ups, tablets, health care facilities and services and so more that help to resolve
their diabetes problems. In which having some rules and regulations those are have to follow by
all persons. Like smoking is restricted by the government and made some effective rule for all
persons. To a handle all health relating issues and problems so there are having many
communities and organisation in which resolve all problems. Government of the country regulate
and control all kind of health relating issues that want to develop a health environment and
remove harmful factors. The legislations of the country is restricted the smoking in the country.
If public will do that so they will punished by the government. Because by the government these
kind of cases are handle in the priority basis. In the other hand, government strategies are help to
develop a health and effective environment for all persons so they can survivor their life. At this
time all persons are influenced by refugee so they have many issues and problems(Neiger, and
et. al, 2012). They does not have any income source to service their life and Peter is amputated
so that is disable to any work. Government make many strategy with the health related and use

community and people life. As we focus on tobacco, alcohol and food industry so we get many
conflict and negative impact on people life(DebMandal, and Mandal, 2011). Tobacco is the

Many negative impact are there due to smoke and alcohol. Government should try to stop the
uses of alcohol, tobacco and other harmful food industry. Many companies manufacturing these
smoke product. It is also harmful to environment. Smoking is the causes of air environment
which spoil the oxygen. According to statistics government earn more and more tax from
tobacco and alcohol product. Government make many rules and regulation related to tobacco and
alcohol. As no one can use smoking and alcohol on public place etc. These types of rules are
helpful to decrease the use of that product and helpful to make new health policies. Government
should take action if any food industry use waste and spoil product. At present time every
country need health development activities. Health development requires policies, equipments

disease and make a healthy country. Government cant ban tobacco and alcohol due to country
earn more revenue from that product but government can decide a limit of that product uses to
start a plan of health(Rongen, and et. al 2013).
At present time every community neglect these product. Because it is very harmful to
every person. People are died due to these product. Awareness is very necessary to stop the
consumption of these product. Education factor have a big role to make aware people and
decrement in disease.
3.3 Significant of providing relevant health related information to the Public
Government always care about the public and make many rules and regulation related to
the healthy factor. It is the government duty that introduce every health related information
provide to public. Health related information is very useful to public. People can aware about the
health issues and make their health better. It also helpful to reduce the disease case and reduce
the disease level. As before a long time ago country faced polio problem in children. So
