Introduction
The health records in Headspace NSW are for the technology growth with the focus on how the
technology is able to incorporate and work on different sectors of the economy. The health sector
is set with the IT specialists with the providers to work on the incorporation of the information
technology with health services to make sure of the health community. As per the research, there
are certain administrative processes that are set to improve the health delivery services with the
quest with improved healthcare services. (The et al., 2015). The products used are for the “my
health record” in Headspace NSW with the incorporation of the technology setup with the
healthcare provision.
Problems
The human beings are cannot remain only immune to any sickness or any issues which are
related to the health problems. Hence, for this, Headspace NSW allows to check about how the
doctor can visit in a while. The issues are related to the medical history where the patients tend to
visit and work on the allocation for not having much information. The accessing of the
information is based on the proper diagnosis with the proper knowledge of managing the medical
history. The information could be stored and then wiped depending upon the requirement so that
it is easy to handle the loss or give access only to the persons who request for it. The manual
storage of the information can sometimes lead to the loss so there is a need to properly store the
information with better sharing of the information. Here, the system also need to work on the
efficiency level where the information is needed. (Legido et al., 2016). The system needs to work
on the development with the “my health record” where the programs are set to define and aim on
the identified problem.

Benefits
It includes the increased efficiency where the online system of the health record is effective with
the focus on ensuring the delivery of the health services. The effective time that is required for
the accessing of information is based on the access to the online system with the search for the
different accessing profiles. With My Health Records, there will be a possibility to have a quick
look and the effective sharing of the information. Here, there are major chances for handling the
medical ethical practices that requires to work on the information system which tend to remain
confidential. The system enhancement could improve the security and provide control. It will
also include the benefits for the information that is recorded, stored and accessed depending
upon the internet enabled devices. The system with tend to improve how the prescription needs
to be taken with the record of the medical history of the patient. With this, there are health
records for the information that are expected to reduce the rising cost of the healthcare services
as well. (Kennedy & Bartlett, 2014).
Capabilities
The project works on the patient storage information where the patient visits the doctor or any of
the healthcare giver. The information could be stored on the online platform where there is a
freewill to restrict the information. The system needs to work on controlling and viewing the
information profile, where patients and the doctors are to access the patient’s information. This
ensure the confidentiality along with working over the stored online system. The system works
on the manual system where there is a need to share the information which will be quick and
effective. When the caregiver needs to access the information, there are keys for the different
visits where the visits are by the patients. The prescription is depending upon the medical ethical

practices that need to work on the information where there is a traumatizing to the patients. The
system enhancement of the security works on allowing the patients and restricting to the patients,
with the other forms of the healthcare givers. (Zhang et al., 2017). Here, the control will work on
improving the confidentiality

The incorporation of the electronic process with the focus on the advancement of the technology
has helped the healthcare providers to make sure that there is an easy incorporation of the
information technology with the health sector. The services are mainly to make sure that there is
