In addition to this, people are usually spending time with the people who usually similar interest
that is experiencing the new things which is majorly include different type of foods, travelling
and meeting new people develop happiness and wellness among the population. In this report,
the major of discussion is based health and wellbeing which derive the concept, challenge,
impact and strategies which help to reduce the complication during the health and wellbeing

wellbeing and resilience. In addition, there are number of indicator that usually helpful in order
to measure the condition of living but they do not measure the people think and feel about their
lives that is quality of relationship, their positive emotions and resilience. In addition, the
realization of their potential or their overall satisfaction with the life which is related with aspect
of wellbeing. The wellbeing generally includes the judgement of life satisfaction and feeling
which is ranging from the depression to joy (Deroy and Schütze, 2021).
The wellbeing usually helpful in order to integrate mental health that is related with mind
and physical health that is body which is usually showing the result which is more holistic
approaches to disease in term of prevention and health promotion (Papa, Mital, Pisano, and Del

wellbeing that is associated with the lower risk of diseases, illness and injury. In the better
immune functioning of individual also generate an aspect which is useful to develop quality of
health and wellbeing. The individual with the high level of wellbeing which is more productive
during the work and they are even more likely to contribute within the communities and social
group (Forward, Khan, and Fox, 2021).
There are various studies that is related with no consensus around the single definition that is
related with wellbeing. It is also state the general agreement which is based on the minimum,
wellbeing that include the presence of positive emotions and mood (Taylor and et. al., 2021). For
example, they contentment, happiness and more which is also show the absence of emotion
which include depression, anxiety and many more. Regarding the public health process, the
physical wellbeing that include the feeling very healthy and good which provide an aspect which
follow resilience among the people that is also examined in the different aspect of wellbeing
which include the some of the following measurement that is physical wellbeing, economic
wellbeing, social wellbeing, development and activity, emotional wellbeing and resilience and
many more term are usually useful when they are taking contribution in the discussion of
wellbeing and improving the quality of health (Kim, Vhaduri, and Poellabauer, 2020).
They are various aspect which is showing the phenomena which tend to follow the phase
that useful in order to measure the level of wellbeing and resilience. While taking contrast of
wellbeing they are subjective in term of typicality that is measured with the aspect of self-report.
For example, the, the house hold income, unemployment level and crime that render the wellness

individuals is interested in the primary factor towards the mental health resources that broadly
include psychological assets and skills essential for wellbeing and development. Therefore, the
people with a high level of emotions and those who usually believe in the aspect of functioning
that is psychologically and socially described by some people who have complete mental health
