Being healthy should be part of living healthy lifestyle in overall sense. The proper well-
being should be maintained to lead the good and successful life. The maintenance of good health
is primary to self happiness which helps to contribute significantly to economic well- being of
society and family. The healthy and fit population results to the economic progress and increased
productivity of nation also (Diarbakerli and et. al., 2019). Living healthy life means eating
balanced diet and exercising in a optimum mix as required. Nowadays, with the busy schedules
and lifestyle maintaining good health should be the primary concern. When the person is being
fit and healthy it adds to the increased self-confidence also which enhances the doing capacity to
work efficiently and effectively. The aim of this report is to highlight the health issues and
measures to overcome the issues being faced by an young adolescent female. As, the fit
teenagers build the block of the nations and there heath should be the main motive of any nation.
BACKGROUND
According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), 1948 the 'Health' is being defined
as the, the holistic maintenance of physical, mental and social health and absence of any disease
is referred to the healthy person. The complete well-being of an individual refers in terms of
complete mental, emotional and psychological well-being is referred to the healthy state. For
living an healthy life the interaction between the physical, social and emotional state be
balanced. The main problem is being faced by the young females which are aged between (20-30
years). This aged group female faces many problems due to their lifestyle patterns (Mansouri and
et. al., 2020). Furthermore, in this report in detail the problems being faced by them and
suggestive measures to overcome are being highlighted.

genital mutilation leads females to compromise with their physical health, approx 200 million
girls suffers this issue every year and sometimes loss their life. Physical abuse of females,
compulsion sex, mal nutrition, etc. are major reasons for physical health problems of an female
in UK. Several disorders such as Anorexia and Bulimia leads females to face severe physical
health problems and sometimes even brings a thought of suicide. The young females in this age
feels to look good and young in that case they start using certain chemical products which leads
to the smoking, use of alcohol and steroids leads to the Osteoporosis, which is the weakness of
the bones and muscles (Naftaly and Greenley, 2019) The vaginal and Urinary diseases are also
faced by an female due to lack of hygiene maintenance. The irregular mensuration and not taking
proper diet causes the ovary infection and breast infection also. The young females are in phobia
to eat less due to which the intake of proper and advisable nutritional facts is being lead which
leads to reduced immunity and getting attracted to community disease more easily.

young females is of success in career and not getting that acceptance from the family in terms of
independence these all factors lead to increased and affected emotional state. Talking, in

that they are unwanted. This will help in bridging the gender inequality issue also. The gender
bias needs to eliminate from the system for development of strong society.
The Government and parents need to be more aware of the behavioural and thinking
pattern change in a girl child. The parents should impart the girls with the basic hygiene and
cleanliness knowledge to make them aware of the lack of this aspect for future. The diet intake
should be proper focus at this age, as the proper mix between the eating and physical activity
needs to be solved. The intake of uncontrollable level of tobacco, drugs and alcohol is taken at an
extreme level which impacts the health. Therefore, the families should always share that cordial
relation with the child in which they can warn them against the use of high levels of such
products. The proper attention should be provided to them which will make them share their
things and to lighten their emotional burden.
