Industry
Many different organizations in United States provide Health care. Private sectors businesses in
United States largely owned and operate health care facilities. The study showed that 58% of the
community hospitals in US are non-profit. Government owns 21% and 21% are for profit
purpose. It was analyze that World Health Organization spends 17.1% for health care in US than
any other country.( Kayyali, Knott & Kuiken, 2013) In spite of being at the top in economic
powers US residue, the sole mechanized country in the world without worldwide health care
coverage.
I have gathered some important knowledge during the period when perusing my
internship work in emergency ward in the last summer and learn several things by
communicating with other members. During this period, I was fond of to come the hospital,
loved to meet various types of people who used to come to the hospital and which helped me in
developing my own philosophical view related to patient care increased my will and passion for
health care. Therefore, I decided to pursue my career as a health care administrator to make a
difference in the health care industry.
Potential positive and negative trend that can affect the industry over next ten years are:
Positive:
Planned staff recruitment
Favorable locality.
Exit of a competitor from the industry.
Launching and use of new technology could bring change in the health of citizen.
Segmentation of new market proposes progress earnings.

Career Path
As there are, wide ranges of people who are working in health care industry, health
administration jobs also vary according to them. Entering into the career of health care
administrator, certain factors are taken into account. There are number of paths a person can
work as a health administrator. I would start my career of administration from supervision a team
of remedial practices, a single remedial practice or in a hospital at a particular department on a
minor level. After sometime attaining higher education and getting command over the work
culture, I would be working for a mammoth health corporation, hospital structure and many
more.
Taking into consideration, bachelor`s degree is the minimal requirement for the entrance.
However, to attain superior management or for further level positions a master’s grade is a
familiar education path. Even pursuing doctorate in management would help in growth of my
career as administrator of health care. (Schwatka, 2014).

to the patience for care. Inculcate and advice patience and their family members on indemnity
