Introduction
Application development is simply a process which is used to create software applications, it
also includes various kind of design like interface design and programming as well. In this
application development, it also involved some basic and simple type of procedures like web
applications and as well as mobile applications, so it is simply used to create apps which can be
run at any platform. It also includes some basic and key features in it, like storing data which is
available in massive form. In application development, it also includes some terms and steps like
testing, designing, and implementing the code.

Definition Statement supported by a set of user and system requirements.
Problem statement which is given in this problem is that for the healthcare center there is various
type of requirements are necessary which have to fulfill to register in the hospital. These filled
are related to policy and other investment related filled. Problems which has to face in this
funding, marketing. These are the simple problem which is related to business purpose. In this
problem statement, basic problems are for processing this application is user need to record
information on the database. In this hospital application user need to fulfill and match all the
requirements like:
 Specialist name, room no and other formality to register in hospital.
 Contact & address detail
 Timing limitations which must be registered before 2 weeks.
These are given requirements which need to be fulfilled first for registration and implementing
all the services which are related to it and for successful registration in the hospital server user
needs to satisfy all the given condition for this. These are the basic requirements which need to
be followed for the successful implementation of this application server.

There are various types of area present which is evolved application for successful completion of
an application server, difficulties which are followed in different areas like accessing the data,
identify and other different virtual areas. Risk can be defined as various type like which depend
on:
 Financial risk
 Technical risk
 Safety risk
 Security risk
These are the simple type of risk which are generally related to the completion of any
application,
Financial risk: This risk consists like the problem statement says it is mandatory to the entire
user to pay before the registration, financial risk consists when the transaction of money and
other payments are related to patient and specialist. This type of risk simply sued to encompass
many types of risks which are related to application and service structure. It simply includes
company loan and exposure which is related to the loan as default (Eshna, 2018).
Technical risk: There are various types of risks and uncertain events are present which simply
affect the application is. This risk simply consists of product design and as well as some other
loss which is incurred through the execution of any process. This type of risk simply measures as
an expected value which is derived as unwanted results occur after completion of application
related to business (Castsoftware, 2019).
Safety risk: In this type of risk it simply consists of the risk which simply consists of the risk
for which a person may be suffered and effect. It is also used to identify and manage the
problems which are involved in it. This type of risk is usually conducted from the beginning of
any application. It also involved some stages in it:
 Identify the risk
 Collect and analyze the risk which is associated and related to it.
 Determine all the process and equipment related to it (Hse, 2016).
Security risk: This type of risk occurs when someone damages the organization and application
server. There are various types of threats which are also evolved in computer security and others
like:

For software design documents the basic analysis process which is required and must be
followed which involved users, members, and specialist and other members, so the basic key
points for analyzing the application server is :
 System design
 System analyze
System design includes phases and other requirements which are needed to be followed in this
application, designing of application server include payment method, transaction and another
security process for it. The system design also includes risk analysis in it. Risk analysis includes
some basic types of threats which occur while interacting with the other system; it also includes
requirements in it like functional and non-functional requirements in it which are:
1. Coding: It includes the simple coding which is involved for making the application
server, for SDD it consists very important phase of which make the application more
efficient and flexible.
2. Testing: The coding part which is written for making the application more flexible and
efficient, it is a simple process to test all the process, and system.
System analysis related the entire problem which is involved in it just to identify all requirements
needed in it and as well as build all the cases related to the server, protocol, and tools.
To analyze all the business related problem it also includes some effective steps in it like identify
the basic problem and as well as the solution of the given server problem.

In software development tool and techniques these process simply include various type of code,
program and another application server just to debug, maintain and support another program,
which is simply used to host and integrate development environment in it. These tools also
consist of effective tools because all are easy to drag and drop the interface. For backup process
also these tools are used. For successfully use of input & output and database SDD tools and
techniques also used.
In this application, there are various methodologies and models are also used to solve the SDD
application server problem, and in this application, the integrated development environment
(IDE) which we used in it is Microsoft visual studio 2017, which is a simple platform, used for
making and develops computer programs and applications, and services. This tool is used
because it is more flexible than another platform, it has more features. This type of tool simply
works on both debuggers related source-level and machine-level. Visual studio tool is also is
used to accept all the plugs and functions used to make an application server. In software
development, all the tools are also connected with some model like (Ghahrai, 2018):
Iterative model: In the tool of software development, it also includes the iterative model in it,
which is used to implement an initial all process. This model is also used to enhance all the
versions which are related to the application server involved in it.

 Cloud tool
 Prototyping

IDE (integrated development environment): It is used as a software application which
provides the facility to the computer programs and application server. It also consists of source
editor as well as tools and debugger which are used to implement and solve the source code
problem. IDE also consist of visual studio software which is used to develop all the program
code and web apps which is using in it (Walker, 2019).
Cloud tool: It is a simple tool which evolved or use to for maintaining and analyzing the data
which is used in application server in the cloud platform, this tool is also helpful to identify
opportunity and reduce the cost of the applications (Burns, 2013).
Prototyping: It is used as a sample which is also used to build or to test any process which is
used in the application server. This type of tool is used to design and do programming for the
application (McAvinchey, 2019).
Atom: It is a simple free and open source text editor tool which is also used for Linux and IOS.
It also includes various types of key features inside it as well. This is also used for supporting the
cross-platform app and configures it accordingly.
There are various types of tools present in software development which include which key
features in it, but for making this application best tool and methodology which is used in it is
visual studio 2017, because it consists many features which are effective and efficient use for
debugging the code and process use inside the application. The path which is used to implement
the code and server is not complex so it is very easy for the user and client to access the data. An
important key feature which is evolved in it is it directly uses API for the server which is given
and request by the HTTP and other web servers. Visual Studio 2017 is also used because it
directly integrates the software development environment.

The London Healthcare Centre providing healthcare services to the patients. There are some
professionals or specialists who were providing services to patients with the proper appointment
and medical services. With the help of the current system, the business getting decreasing day by
day. So, the application is developed for managing the complete requirements of the
organization. There were many requirements that were mentioned in the brief which is covered
in the newly designed system.
For the current system, the solution was proposed in the design and development of the new
system. The system was designed for providing better healthcare services to the patients. Each of
the specialists has to register in the application, then after they can treat patients.

P5. Develop a functional business application based on a specified business problem.
The business application was designed with the required functionalities of the organization. The
complete problems that were specified by the organizations are:
- Full name of the professional or the specialist including the marital status, DOB and Sex
(male or female).
- Contact details including phone numbers.
- Specialization area and the Highest qualifications with proof (medical board and training
certificate, university certificate).
- Membership details if they have (It is optional).
- Two valid address proofs or the documents such as driving license or any other.
- Passport size photographs
- Three references are necessary for the registering into the application (including name,
address and other contact details and the specialization).

The above figure defines the home screen of the application. It includes a total of five main
functionalities which complete the overall requirements of the organization. After signing up into
the application, patients or the specialist can use the other functionalities provided into the
designed system.

The above screen defines the Sign-up screen of the application. It requires some information of
the user who wants to sign up into the application. After signing up to the application, the users
(patients or specialist) can use the extra functionalities of the application.
