The regional business leaders are best to get collaboration with as they possess
corporate office as well as production plants to sponsor the research, advance equipment and
other important equipment needed for the success of the plan.
The advance knowledge of nurses is recommended to design, analyse and perform the
innovative research in medical care. The advance learning will be built the foundation of
theoretical knowledge which can be implemented in the practice and research.
The involvement of healthcare leader in the Research and Development department of
a regional business will ensure a profound bond between the health care system and local
business ensuring a successful partnership between regional business leader and health care
system.

The economic incentive is necessary to enhance and encourage the clinical nurses and
leaders to incorporation the innovations in the health care system. Care associated with
economic benefits gives the best result. The recent payment structure needs to be restructured
to ensure the success of the proposal.

The exposure of the health care leader to the research and development of regional
business will strengthen the value creation factor of the innovation. The success of an
innovation depends on the local acceptability of the idea. Involvement with the local business
