communicate well in solving differences with colleagues if need be and work smoothly as a team.
Secondly it’s the nurse obligation to adapt to changes in the health facility, portray effective resolution
techniques, and have good leadership qualities.
The author has addressed the questions which such as how the conflict arises which can be
intrapersonal within a person, interpersonal who is within individuals or both. Secondly the importance
of addressing this causes of conflicts is taken into consideration, this includes getting into the root cause
of the conflicts. Third effective management of the conflicts is a key in achieving organization goals and
Lastly Importance of positive approaches to conflict resolution is addressed to foster a positive working
environment.
From the article, its vivid that a positive conflict management with good leadership can be very
beneficial to a health care as it fosters mutual respects between the colleagues, improves working
relationship, improve staff retention and sickness and lastly it helps new members to establish their
working teams thus good delivery of patient care.
It can be drawn from the article that, employers are responsible for employees’ health and it is essential

between one another therefore delivering high quality care to the patients.

collaborative practice.
The leadership concepts are vital, the manager should be able to acknowledge and manage conflict
positively. This includes identifying the source of conflict, how and why it has risen. Transformational
leader should also portray honesty, good communication, resilient and assertiveness.
In conclusion, Conflict management should be implemented in any health care as it will help minimize
negative aspect of conflict which should be managed positively and encourage positive aspect which can
