1 PROJECT CHARTER PURPOSE
The project charter has been defined as scopes as along with approach and objectives for the
work to be completed. It has been considered as critical element for executing, initiating,
planning, as along with controlling and assessing the project scope. In this following project, there
will be an entire discussion about the implementation of data base for the health care institute.
There are many of those possible perspectives available under the current scenario. The
referencing has been focused on single point for the project goals along with objectives, goals,
estimates, organization, budget, and scope and work plan. The whole project is focusing on
several of drawbacks or constraints. However, this whole process is indicating towards the
convention between the project team and the project sponsors. There are also many of those
loops available, which can occur in the project purpose. Stating is very crucial thing for delivering
according to the budget, constraints over time, and crucial risk factors as along with resources for
the project.
2 PROJECT EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The project has gathered the implementation of the database as well as different process
regulating the health care services to the patients. Proper allocation of the duties among
the staffs, are very crucial thing for the organization. In addition, these interventions have
been discussed in this project. In favor of this matter, proper implantation of an automated
scheduling system for handling the allocation issues and different derivatives has been
highlighted in this project.
3 PROJECT OVERVIEW
The project has been emphasized to utilizing of many of the innovations, in the process of
enhancing the overall data base system of Ob/Gyn & women healthcare institute. In the current
scenario, it is quite difficult to handle the patient’s data manually because of many kind of
occurring of disorder. Through this project, there will be a complete discussion about some
implementation made by the health care institute in the process of maintain the database.
Diseases among the women’s are very crucial issues to be tackled. However, this following
health care institute taking some great initiatives for conquering those diseases among the
women. Enhancing the efficiency is always a very crucial thing for the health care institute. For
using the portable ultrasound machinery properly, it is very important for the health care institute

to train their staffs in for this. On the other hand, allocation of the duties among the staffs, also
very crucial thing for the organization. In favor of this matter, there is a need of implant an
automated scheduling system for handling the allocation issues. However, portable monitoring
machine also needed in the process of monitor the women’s with pregnancy. There is also need
of a developing the database system for store the patients data. Patient’s data is very crucial and
vital thing under the circumstances of this following project. it has been always considered as a
on of the major aspect for the health care institute in many possible ways. In the following project
there will be a complete highlight over some important and vital issues those related to enhance
the patient’s database and implementation of scheduling software for maintain the entire
database. On the other hand, in the department of enhancing the ultrasound machinery, the
same thing is applicable. As per as the projects it portrays that, the health institute implanted data
base system and many other crucial innovation for enhancing their medical institute in many
aspects.

5 PROJECT CONDITIONS
5.1 Project Assumptions
 The first assumption for the project is the fact that the nurses and midwives can learn to
operate the Ultrasound portable machine safely within the specific time limit and there
is no impairment inhibiting them in the learning process from the representative of the
manufacturer of the machine.
 The second assumption is the compatibility factor of the scheduling software with the
existing system, which is from a different vendor.
 The final assumption is the availability data from the manual database which spans
several years and the development of the electronic database would go smoothly which
is in fact based on the availability of data from manual filing system.

In the process of implementation for the health care institute, there are lot of constraints those
can occur in the process of implant those crucial innovations. There are many possible
perspectives available under the circumstances of this following matter. However, that drawback
has been always considered as on of the major concern for the health care institute in order to
conducting the process of implementation. For conducting the advance technological equipments
like ultrasound machinery it is very crucial for the institute to train their staffs and educate them in
the process of learn those crucial things related to this issue. There can be also problems occur
related to the database system. For conquering this problem, it is very important and crucial for
the organization to implant some crucial strategies. On the other hand, budget has been also
considered as one the major drawbacks for the following health care institute. For implementation
of those various kinds of software and advance machinery, economic scenario also very crucial
thing to be consider. There are many possible areas available in this case those indicating
towards the risk factor of this institution. After discussing about many of those crucial issues of
the institution, it has been very easy to find out those major constraints.
