Introduction
The purpose of the report is to discuss the changes and the updates of the healthcare
delivery project. The project was undertaken with an aim of improving the healthcare delivery of
an organization. The purpose of the project is to streamline the different processes of an
organization so that better healthcare can be delivered to the customers. This report will be
accessing the progress of the project by identifying the project stakeholders, challenges faced and
their mitigation approaches.
Updates on Service Description
The services offered by this project include improving the healthcare delivery of Anisha
elderly care facility. The project involves dividing the project into a number of subunits which
include project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and completion (Kerzner & Kerzner,
2017). Subdivision of the entire project into a number of smaller tasks has enabled better
management of the same.
Updates on the Information of the Organization
Anisha elderly care facility is located in Austin and it works for the old people. This
healthcare organization provides residential and healthcare facilities to the elderly people. This
project has been undertaken in order to improve the healthcare services that the organization
provides. For this project, a realistic budget of 1,025,000 is set.
The access to the project specifics will be obtained from the regular progress report. It is
the responsibility of the project manager to cascade all the necessary information to the project
team so that the entire team has an easy access to the project specifics (Schwalbe, 2015).
