Update on Service project Description
The service project that has been selected for this project is delivery system of healthcare
center. The service project describes the way to streamline the processes that are involved in an
organization so that people can get better healthcare service. The budget of the project is to be
altered that is the budget of the project is reduced. The project time schedule that was mentioned
in the service description was six months and that is also to be reduced. Waterfall project
management methodology is to be included the project for carrying out the project successfully.
Update on information of the organization where the service project will be
implemented
The service project that was planned is to be implemented in the Anisha Elderly Care
facility which provides service to the old people and provides them with healthcare facilities and
residential facilities. As per the service project, there is no change in the organization. The
Anisha Elderly Care includes nurses as well as physician who are responsible to look after the
old people in the old age home.
Challenges faced
The challenges that is to be overcome while delivering the portfolio project on time is
lessening the cost and time of the project that was undertaken in the service plan. As the project
is to improve the services of the Anisha Elderly care, the processes involved should be lessened
so that it takes less time and can be completed with less budget.
