selected for this task is for a healthcare delivery organization. With this project it is aimed to
streamline the processes of the organization to render a better healthcare delivery to the
customers. The service project planning will be focused on improving the healthcare delivery.
This begins with the identification of the health services which are provided by the organization.
Description of the service project
The Bupa aged care facility in Australia is taken for the service project management. This
organization is for the old people and it provides residential and healthcare facilities. They have
registered nurses and general practitioners to look after the old people, however, there have been
shortfalls in the services given by this organization. The service project is for the upgradation
and improvement of the current healthcare delivery processes to provide enhanced services to the
customers.
The project management principles can be used for services and cost efficiency according
to in any service project Shirley, D. (2016). And as such it will cover the following steps:
 Initiation
 Planning and design
 Execution
 Monitoring and controlling
 Completion
The step fourth has to be followed multiple times to check the deviations in the project
and provide for corrections. The problems are defined and objectives which the project has to
achieve is set.
The triple constraints of the project which are the time, cost and scope throughout the
service project implementation. The project will also aim to achieve the quality of the project as
specified from the objective of the project.

Project specification
A project specification is a description which includes the objective of the project, goals
and other relevant information which are necessary for the successful completion of the project.
Objective of the project
The objective of the project is to give best healthcare services to the customer in the
industry and satisfy the customers.
Project stakeholders
The stakeholder of any project can be internal or external. The stakeholders of this
service project are identified and are as follows:

The external stakeholders of this project are those people who are not directly affected by
this project. And these can be community people, government etc.

schedules and budgets in healthcare services project. For the project team members, the soft
skills like the communication and listening skills are important in this service project.

The project activities are calculated to get completed in a span of six months.

A budget of 1,025,000 is taken for the successful completion of the project.
Apart from it a Gnatt chart, RACI chart, time estimation and critical path will be
calculated for successful completion of the project. The project will also be analyzed for the risks
