capabilities, as patients are having different kinds of problem so it is crucial to look after them

forward, I should manage all my personal stuff properly because if that will create a mess then
all my hard work that can take me towards aim, can spoil the game within a clinch, so managing
my day – to – day activities within a certain time schedule will enhance my capacity to work.

for disputes, although there may some issues can exist but I have to take stand to solve those
problem that can be a hurdle to work in a group (Boahin and Hofman, 2013). So, when I get up
for finding the panacea, this can help me to lead a pathway near the goal.
While working in Akari care Ltd, I need to be aware about the distinct diseases that are
major complication for the victims and their care takers, so that I can support my volunteers and
users too, and give them some specific knowledge to handle patients.
One should have a problem solving attitude whether it is regarding care, innovative ideas to
please a person, in any situation one must have confidence to tackle concerning matters (Poropat,
2011). Communication has its own significance in terms of specking and listening to others,
passing the messages in effective manner to be followed by others or through hearing them and
take action to complete the task. In my opinion communication skill should be poses for softly so
that both sides can admire with dignity.
