Australia holds the second best rank in healthcare facilities. However, the profound factor
is the equity of healthcare in the nation where there are certain groups of people who are
deprived of their basic rights to health (Smiley 2019). It is a significant factor of a nation’s
overall healthcare system to ensure each citizen receives their healthcare rights. Therefore, it is
the responsibility of not only the government or the organizations working on these specific
problems but also the responsibility of every citizen to contribute working towards people who
are socio-economically backwards. Persuading the degree of bachelor in commerce and business
administration has the major scope of working towards the specific issue, that is, the lack of
access to medical assistance or healthcare in some parts of Australia. The degree can help
working on the issue that would help in brining common good and improving human dignity.
A bachelor in commerce and business administration is a degree that is designed in a way
that provides scope of getting position in various sectors of the society (Seymour and Hussein
2014). A person can secure job finance, marketing, business administration, accounting,
information technology, project management, human resource and organizational behavior.
Whether working on healthcare sector or not, one can utilize their skills in addressing this
problem and find ways of reducing and eliminating it from society.
It is the aboriginal population who are faced with several challenges in society that makes
them unreachable to proper education. Majority of the aboriginals are unaware of the
significance of health and well-being. Racial discrimination has been the root cause for them to
be the socio-economically backward groups (Alba, Jiménez and Marrow 2014). They are
deprived from equal access and opportunity in every aspect including education, employment

and healthcare. The issue of health equity is certainly linked with each of the other issues
mentioned. Therefore, in order to target the problem it is important have the bigger picture of the
issue with the causes (Wexler 2014).
Working in the healthcare sector, a holder of this degree is capable of many extraordinary
skills. They are skilled in finance and project management. Therefore, they can work on the
organization’s profit and plan their present with innovation CSR policies that would address the
problem. Although there are laws and policies that are for the protection of theses minority
groups, it is important that they become aware and realize their basic human rights. Since this
degree helps in building strong knowledge on statistics, it will help them make goal oriented
programs for the aboriginals in accessing healthcare. In human resources, a person holding this
specific degree can enhance their workforce in identifying their behavior towards the aboriginals.
They can develop the practice of social inclusiveness. In healthcare sector, it is important every
patient is treated equally without discrimination on the basis of race, culture, color or ethnicity
(Dura and Baron 2015). On implementing rules and conducting seminars that would enhance the
organizations’ behavior and encourage diversity. Also, people who would become entrepreneurs
of their own ideas and develop their own business can work towards these problems by working
on their CSR policies which would help aboriginals understanding the importance of healthcare
and its impact on their community. Also, they can have campaigning on hygiene, menstruation
and pregnancy period proving insights about the complexity of it along with the help they can
seek from the bodies working on it. Lastly, since this degree helps a person have good
knowledge on budgeting, it can develop a specific budget in the organization for helping the
groups that cannot afford expensive medicines and healthcare facilities (Gilberthorpe and
Hilson 2016).

As discussed above, Australia holds the second best rank in healthcare facilities.
However, the profound factor is the equity of healthcare in the nation where there are certain
groups of people who are deprived of their basic rights to health. Although it is only a specific
issue, it is linked with many other issues.it is important every citizen specifically professionals
who are capable of helping the other should bare at least minimum responsibility n order to
eliminate the issue from society.
