Important Instructions:
 Ethical approval must be obtained by all students before the start of research with human
subjects, animals or human tissue.
 Students must discuss the content of their application form with their project supervisor who
will advise them about revisions.
 A final copy of the application form will then be agreed and the student and supervisor will
sign it off.
 This form must be completed electronically and the sections can be expanded to the size
required; a copy of the final agreed version must be scanned and attached to the
summative assignment

Proposed Objectives
1. To understand about roles and responsibilities of health care practitioner.
2. To analyse importance of health care practitioner for better health and safety
services to patient.
3. To determine the benefit that patient will get with proper health care services
throughout their life span.
Proposed Research Methodology
Best research approach is deductive because this is the best way through wide concept of
health and social care sector can be evaluated. Positivist philosophy is used because this is
the best way through which overall idea about topic can be known and information can be
represented properly.
Qualitative research method is used in this investigation because this provides information
which is based on realistic data and affecting human behaviour. It is important and relevant for
people to understand about topic. With qualitative research method, descriptive research
design is used which is easy and understandable by readers easily.
In this investigation, there will use of primary and secondary information with the help of which
individuals are able to understand research topic properly. Primary information will be
collected through questionnaire and secondary information is collected through internet
connection.
Simple random probability sampling is used which is one of the best way to get bias free
information because responses are selected on random basis. 50 responds as patients at
NHS are selected for selected for collecting primary information.
