INTRODUCTION
In healthcare organisation, it is necessary to develop positive environment which can
foster a culture of positivity. For creating a positive environment leader of organisation promote
the behaviour of individual employee which provide the best quality service to the patient.
Patient and employee feel more respect and dignity with in the organisation by positive
environment. It is essential to make organisation culture with respectful and develop organisation
with ethics by which employee and patient behave in and effective manner. Dignity and respect
are the powerful which can helps in developing a culture of employee engagement and make and
environment effective where all people feel their value and importance. Leader of organisation
should have to focus on improving the behaviour and culture of environment which can give
positive outcomes within the organisation (Groot and et al., 2020). Leaders of healthcare
organisation make interaction with staff and demonstrate their behaviour which can helps in
building positive cooperate culture which is based on dignity and respect. This project includes
the freedom, right and responsibilities and use of power in providing care to the patient. Lastly, it
also includes the effective communication with patient which delver the best quality care to the
patient.

There are some ethics principal in healthcare professional which describes that patient
have right to take their own decision about their treatment. According to the case study it is
analysed that Mrs. McDonahue’s is an older women of 84 and she have advanced Alzheimer’s
Disease and she has been admitted in nursing care home from last two years. Staff members
discuses about her condition because Mrs. McDonahue’s masturbate every day which is harmful
for their body. Other staff members discuss about their rights and needs so it is necessary for her
to give rights, freedom and privacy to take decision and action for her treatment. Every patient
has right to take effective decision for their treatment. Mrs. McDonahue’s have right for their
decision what she want to do but the every masturbate give negative impact on her body.
Healthcare professional are responsible to take care of her condition and being treated with
respectful manner (Al-Bsheish and et al., 2022).
These all ethics principal states that patient have right take decision by their own but
healthcare provider also responsible to analyse the harms which is causes within the body. Mrs.

Patient rights are a subset of human rights which describes about the minimum standard
for the person to take decision according to their needs and choice. Mrs. McDonahue’s have
ethics rights in which she being treated by healthcare provider and they respect her consideration
of their choice of treatment and comfort. Mrs. McDonahue’s masturbate regularly which have
both positive and negative impact. Patient wellness is also necessary healthcare provider is more
responsible to prevent her from other side effects of masturbate on her body because already her

encouraging her about their health and make string interaction with her so that she discussed

Healthcare team who cares Mrs. McDonahue’s have compassionate communication

Mrs. McDonahue’s consideration of medical treatment and about their satisfaction. Healthcare

harmful for their body. All team member make strong relationship with her so that she do not
involve in masturbate daily. Nurses and doctors adopted some strategies which are beneficial for
Mrs. McDonahue’s they developed a effective care plan for her and engaged with he most of
time they spend with her which can reduce their stress and pressure. Doctors and nurses are
focused on delivery best quality care treatment and full fill her needs which can helps in
recovering her condition. Mrs. McDonahue’s admitted in hospital from last 2 years and she is
not aware about the faeces and urine so nurses and doctors changes her pads after some hours.
Staff members supports her need and give best and effective suggestion to her that on regular

for the body. Nurses and team members are more focused on following the effective strategies

and nurse make strong relationship with Mrs. McDonahue’s by which nurse understand her
illness and treatment, and involve her in making effective decision towards their medical
treatment. Healthcare team ensure her that she gets more comfort, safety and privacy with best

staff plays the role of leader when patient is unable to take control of her activities due to
debilitating diseases. Mrs. McDonahue’s in unable to take control on her own activities and she

quality care. Higher authority in healthcare organisation maintain effective communication by
make effective interaction, show respect and dignity with patient and have more patience to
listen and understand the patient view and opinion towards their care treatment plan (Peng-
Keller, Winiger and Rauch, 2022). By adopting various type of effective communication
strategies which can give positive impact on their health. Communication is the best way to
create positive environment and encourage patient towards their condition (Millard, Baldassar
and Wilding, 2018). Nurses and other care provider staff uses various strategies and involve
Mrs. McDonahue’s in her care plan and motivate her in postive and respective manner so that
she understand and stop masturbate every day. With the help of different strategies doctors and
nurses engaged with Mrs. McDonahue’s and try to convince her stop masturbate regularly

As a healthcare provider from this case study I have learned to acknowledge patient
needs and requirements in more prompt manner. I have learned various communication strategies
which are helpful in analysing the patient issues and difficulties. It is necessary to understand
patient issues in respective manner and response with positivity. It is necessary to analyse the
patient needs and required and deliver best quality care to the patient which can improves their
conditions. From this case study I have learned to make strong relationship with patient which
can reduces the work pressure and satisfied patient. Effective communication plays an important
role in maintaining a healthy relationship with children. Support patient with respect and and
show empathy which is essential for patient by which they engaged with their own medical
treatment and discuss about their health condition (Vaeza, Delgado and La Calle,
2020).Engaging with patient helps in minimizing their stress and reduce their issues. Personal
dignity is most essential for well being because every patient need to feel value and respect so , it
is necessary to provide make interaction with patient. An increasing pressure is being put on
health and social care provider to promote dignity in care and delivery best quality services to the
patient. As healthcare provider I have experienced of learning and promoting awareness of
patient about their health. The most important task is to motivate patient and give them
appropriate comfort and safety. From this case study I have learn to respect the patient autonomy
and their right in their medical treatment (Borgstrom, 2020).
Every patient need support and care while they are facing issues and difficulties, in this
situation healthcare provider are more responsible to take care of [patient and develop their care
treatment plan which has to be followed by the nurses and other care provider staff. Healthcare
provider are more responsible to aware and encourage patient confidence and assure them they
recover soon (Choo, and et. al., 2020). From this case study, I have experienced and understand
to apply various effective communication strategies which are beneficial for the patient and
overall health outcomes. From nursing practice I have enhance my skills and knowledge by

understanding patient needs and requirements. It can improves my self development and I have
gain more skills and knowledge from the nursing practice. I have learnt about various
communication ways which are helpful in motivating patient and make them strong to keep calm
and stress free. I have adopted various communication strategies which help in my future nursing
practice and give positive impact on patient behaviour. I adopted various strategies which can
help in enhancing skills and knowledge and promote patient behaviour. These skills are
beneficial for future nursing practice and I have learn to build strong relationship with patient
and other team members and ensure patient by motivating them (Benatar, Upshur and Gill,
2018). When I have steeping in experience nursing practice it can be make easy to take right
decision and develop more confidence while delivery quality care to the patient. I am able to
build critical thinking which helps in making right decision and become successful care provider.
After experiencing in care treatment I have developed many enough ability and capability to take
right decision towards the care treatment plan. The important thing I have learn after working is
to show empathy , respect and dignity to the patient which can reduce the work stress and give
comfort and safe environment to the patient. As healthcare provider one of the most important
tool in nursing is to generate relation based care with patient. Being a familiar relation with
patient helps in analysing the patient needs and requirements (Buzuvis, 2021).
Effective communication, relation based care and confidence, these all skills improves
the patient satisfaction and quality of work because it can reduces the stress and workload. I
have improve my ability and skills to create positive behaviour and energetic environment which
can keep patient and their families feeling safe and cared which develops my interpersonal skills.
I have developed leadership skills which is necessary in organisation because it can manage and
control the activities of the management (Kunins, 2020). Active listening is also one of the most
essential tool by which I can understand the issues and difficulties of patient. I become a
successful nurse which need to have strong critical thinking skills with a strong foundation of
concept and theories. I have generated more patience by working with team and patient because
every patient have different nature. It is necessary to response in respective manner and maintain
respect and ethics with every patient without discriminating and generating heated discussion of
individual patient.

From the above discussion, it is concluded that in healthcare organisation it is necessary
to provide respect, and dignity to every patient. It is necessary to motivate and encourage patient
towards their health and response in respective manner. Healthcare provider is responsible to
take care of patient and delivery best quality care to the patient with more empathy and patience.
For healthcare provider it is necessary to make strong relationship with patient and analyse their
needs and requirements. Maintaining strong relationship with patient show empathy and respect
