a person feel to have chest pain or the discomfort less in the chest which generally occurs and

these chronic diseases lead him to have a stroke in 2000. In these conditions, health professionals
should take proper security measures and due to the condition of Mr. S is serious he should be
assisted with best medication and physiotherapy in order to avoid paralyses effects. The
surroundings of a patient can make much more difference in these conditions. After the stroke, In
2001 due to diabetes factor his kidney failed too,it can be considered it is a blunder by the
professional perhaps because the condition of Mr. S was already understandable and clear, hence
the type -2 diabetes is significant which promoted his chronic symptoms promoted the kidney
failure. But perhaps it can be determined that as there are number of people who generally ignore
the disease diabetes until and unless it create a problem to them and they like to avoid
precautions which meant to be taken at this stage. The failure of kidneys is considered as
irreversible, in certain situations the blood are unfiltered by kidneys as the Mr. S was already
dealing with diabetes type 2 and the blood sugar was already high in content which caused the
origination of impure and unfiltered blood at one place within his body from which his kidney
failed. The patients who are suffered by this disease are generally subjected the further process

suffer from irreversible chronic kidney failure are not determined in a list. Hospice centre as
followed their ethics but considering the policy aspect it cannot accepted by their loved ones of

kidney,in order to save life of Mr. S the following steps is to transplantation. But Mr. S is also
dealing with heart disease as well as cerebra-vascular disease so the availability of this option
seems no longer. Heath centre advice d Mr. S to continue his further treatment in another heath

healthcare centre as the responsibility of an individual was them. However, According to the
right of patient legal action can be taken against the healthcare and their policy can be

unable to assist more to the individual and the Mr. S was out of wealth so he was not able to
adopt more treatment. There are numerous of people who mostly are not able to continue
treatment whether it is by financial problems or due to policy which are followed by heath
centre. According to the view, policy which adopted by centre was not appropriate, they
followed the statement that people who can be recover after kidney failure by the
transplantations can further treated and referring Mr. S after determination of his whole medical
conditions as well as financial conditions was not appropriate.
Discussion
It is analysed that there are several procedures and policies which have to be followed by health
care organisations in order to manage the working in efficient manner. There are various
healthcare procedures and policies present within organisations for providing standardisation
within daily operations. In the given case, person was suffering from diabetes and for treating
this, there was need to do the kidney transplantation with or without the pancreas transplant. The
healthcare organisation was not able to manage the treatment of that person. That is why his
condition become worse. The context of this case includes the scenario in which automatic
access for renal dialysis was done at hospital. It is possible that patients like Mr. S who are
suffering from renal dialysis at the hospital suffer from irreversible chronic renal failure. This
person was also having heart problem. It was concluded that hospital management has to ensure
that patients are provided proper care and facilities so that they can provide effective care. There
are some problems which have to be managed by health care organisations. These include
economic crisis and reduction of government financing of health care. There are several policies
and rules developed for health care organisations. These help to facilitate effective care and
service to patients. It is very important for all the medical practitioners to manage their
functioning efficiently. There is need to enhance the way in which medical practitioners are
providing services to patients. It is important to take efficient care for people who are suffering
from diabetes.
It is important to take care of the patients who are already suffering from vascular diseases. The
doctors are important for care guiding the patients when they are having vascular diseases. The
vascular diseases are controllable and preventable and they are on the patients because they will
have to take care of the methods they are using in consulting and the doctors have to treat them
adopt more treatment. There are numerous of people who mostly are not able to continue

doctors are important for care guiding the patients when they are having vascular diseases. The
vascular diseases are controllable and preventable and they are on the patients because they will
have to take care of the methods they are using in consulting and the doctors have to treat them

according to the problems they are facing. The patients having diabetic are affected by the other
diseases and they have to plan the medication. The doctors treating them for heart operations
have to check the sugar level and the medicines given to the patients. The vascular diseases can
be taken care by the doctors by making the diet plan for the patients according to the diabetes
and the heart problem, the food should be having less sugar level and they should reduce the
package fruits and have more vegetable and fruit, the nutrition labels should be check and there
should not be any preservatives and they should consume meat and chicken, the patients should
be consulted to reduce the sodium because consuming salt for the heart patients is not good for
health.
The doctors have to take are while treating the patients having vascular diseases because
they are prone to many factors that can cause them health problems. The patients should consult
the doctors that the problems they are having ad the side effects they have and it will help them
in treating. The doctors have to do tests when they are operating the patients and the diabetic
patients have to be given special care because they have to check the sugar level and the
medication should be planned to take care of the health. They have to analyse the risk they can
have with the patients because the doctors are responsible when they are not treating the blame is
not taken by them. It is the moral factor of the doctors to consult the patients having diseases and
they will have to give medication. The doctors should help the patients in improving the health
and they should consult them because the patients are believing in them for the treatment. The
vascular diseases can impact the health of the patients and they are controllable when the
medication is taken with plan diet. The doctors are helping the patients in careguiding and
treating them efficiently.
Conclusion
This is concluded from above report that health care management organisations and systems
should have proper framework in order to manage the functioning. There is need to develop
effective way for treating patients. It is analysed that there is need to evaluate and manage the
working of health care organisations in such a way that outcomes are properly managed. It is
efficient that all policies and procedures are adopted in effective manner and activities are
controlled. There must be different departments for patients who are suffering from different
diseases. The data from the monitoring and evaluation conducted by the UK Department of
Health show that in 2008 ∼46% of patients were offered a choice of hospital for consulting with
diseases and they have to plan the medication. The doctors treating them for heart operations
have to check the sugar level and the medicines given to the patients. The vascular diseases can

a specialist and undergoing the initial screening, while only 30% had such an opportunity in May
2006. It is important to consider the requirements within proper management of health care
policies. This is very important for patients to be treated efficiently and get their health
maintained. There are some challenges faced while implementing role of medical practitioner for
handling the work. The low capacity of providers is becoming a significant challenge for patient
choice.
Recommendation
It is recommended for the health care organisations that they must create and develop new
activities so that they can provide effective services. It is analysed that these organisations are
managing the services in proper manner and enabling flow of all operations properly. There is
need to improve health care conditions and manage their functions properly. It is very important
that all the functions as well as operations are done properly in order to manage the work. The
implementation of the policies to enhance patient choice in the Western countries brought about
ambivalent results. On the one hand, these policies created new opportunities for patients to
receive medical care and make providers more responsive to the patients’ needs. The most
prominent example of this is the strategy of expanding choice implemented by the UK National
Health System (NHS) from 2006 after a series of pilot projects. When choosing a hospital, 48%
of those surveyed use the recommendation of their general practitioner, and 13% used the
information from the NHS brochures and the Internet.
