INTRODUCTION
Gibbs reflective model is used to reflection on work experience which includes
description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action plan.
MAIN BODY
I have joined, Healthcare as the nursing staff for delivering health and social care to patient. I
have worked about more than 45 hours in last week through which I have experienced a lot.
Experience provides me better opportunity and different learning for my future professional
development. I have worked under my supervisors for delivering better healthcare services and
learn different skills and different technique to work effectively at the workplace (Leijerholt,
(2019)).
During my working I have felt that I need to learn different skills and need to improve
my existing skills to utilize effectively while delivering healthcare services. Before my working
experience, I felt that existing skills are enough for delivering effective services but after
working for few days, I realized that I need to improve my skill and also learn some different
other skills to deliver service effectively in any situation.
I have evaluated that I have used my communication skill effectively but need to learn
teamwork and work-life balance skill in better way. I have learned that with working
interpersonal skill, problem-solving skills, decision-making skill, negotiation skill has been
improved and utilized effectively. So, needed to focus on team working skills, leadership
physical and also need to work on work-life balance in effective way. This can help to mange
personal and professional life in better way (García-Carrión, (2018)).
I also analyze that to deliver effective healthcare services, it is necessary to work as a
team and for this, it is highly required to learn teamwork and effect effective communication
with the patient and other healthcare professionals. This help highly to use a different skill which
allows to manage work effectively. There is a need to continue work on teamworking which can
help me to easily coordinate with other healthcare professionals for delivering better service in
healthcare premises. It can allow me to improve existing skills and learn other skills which can
be utilized during work and for personal and professional growth.

From analysis, I have concluded that I have some strength and achievement during
delivering my Services within Healthcare premises. I have some range of feedback which help
me to identify my strength and achievement while getting experience in few days.
Strength- Effectively used decision-making skills, communication skills, time

and deliver my best while getting learn and experience.
