allow me to learn different skills and knowledge. This allow me to improve my health care
services and provide me some work-based experience that can be effective and can help me in
my future professional development. There are some of the reflections about the various events
which has been experiencing by me are going to be discussed further.
Event one
When I was working in the emergency department, I have experienced an accident case
where a patient came in the hospital with head injury. I needed to attend to that patient with my
senior nursing staff. I was needed to provide support to my senior nursing staff while taking care
of that patient to save life (Evripidou et. al., (2019)). After seeing the head injury, I got panic and
not able to control on myself. Here, senior nursing staff helps me to get conscious and provide
some support that can be effective to save the patient life. I have provided support to my senior
nursing staff who were experienced in taking care of the emergency cases, especially the
accident cases. I was supporting my senior nursing staff and learning to deal with the emergency
situation and provide proper care and support that can help to save patient life.
Event two
While delivery health and social care services as a nursing staff, I needed to take care of

quality of care (Seibel et. al., (2018)).
